Wrapped up Redshirts in just three nights. Can't remember the last time I tore through a book that fast that didn't involve a plane ride. Really quick and enjoyable read, though it became a little more serious through the three codas.
Reading Scalzi it feels like he's two writers, the one who writes the Old Mans War series, and the one who writes everything else. Fortunately I'm a fan of both writers.
