Supernatural Academy (An Advanced RP) discussion

Eve walked into the room followed by Luna. She stood a moment at the entrance, taking in the high ceiling and wooden-well-everything. The only object not carved in wood in this room was the doorway, made of marble. She observed the seats carefully before strategically picking one: not too close, but not too far, from the teacher.

Luna sat next to her and swirled her finger in the air, creating a trail of pale smoke.

Eve looked at what Luna was doing and sighed. If only her powers were something physical, or at least that you could see... Eve needed a willing person to use her powers, and maybe someone not so willing to really perfect them.

She told Luna: "That's amazing!" She gave her a wide smile. "What else can you do?"

"What do you mean?" Luna looked at her.

Eve paused a moment, thinking of another way to formulate her sentence. She said: "What are the limits to your powers?"

"I don't know. I've never really been in a position to use some of the higher level magic." Luna shrugged.

(( you mean Luna?))

Eve nodded and said: "That's a good thing." She added, mumbling under her breath " I wish I never have to use my powers"

"Why?" Luna looked at her.

Eve hesitantly replied: "They're not exactly...all that good". She bit her lip. "I don't think they're very fair".

"How can magic be 'fair'?"

"Well...if I were to use my powers on someone that...doesn't have powers, I would have an unfair advantage over them them."

"You don't really need to use them against people though."

"That depends." Eve said, reluctant to pursue the subject.

"The area is protected enough." Luna shrugged.

Eve had taken Control because, since she hardly ever used her powers, she didn't know how to use them well, but she hadn't counted on the fact that there might not be someone to use them on. She took a book from her bag and began reading it.

Luna opened a book of her own and studied some runes.

After a few minutes of silent reading. Eve put her book down and turned to face Luna. She said: "Can I ask you a favour?"

"Hmm?" Luna looked up slightly.

"My powers...they...involve other people...the only way I can practice them is if someone is willing to...well...be controlled..." Eve said hesitantly.

"You've never practiced, have you." Luna closed her book.

Eve sighed. "I used to. Not a lot, and I didn't know I was doing it. I've managed to maintain a certain control over it so I don't accidentally start to control someones mind, but I've never had the opportunity of practicing it. At the time, I didn't think I would need to."

"Makes sense." Luna shrugged..

"So...I was wondering if...maybe...you wouldn't mind...me...practicing on you." Eve said, embarrassed.

"Sure, I guess." Luna scratched a rune into the table. "Touch this if anything gets out if control. It'll cancel out the magic long enough for you to shut it off."

Eve smiled faintly. "Thank you, she said, um...what's ok for me to do? Like, I can basically make you do, pretty much anything."

"Do what you need to." Luna stood up and closed her eyes.

Eve took a deep breath. She closed her eyes and projected her mind towards Luna. She opened them and saw herself, staring at her. She looked down at herself. She was inside Luna's head. She stood up and walked around the room. She jumped, testing her new legs.

Luna pulled her own thoughts out of the way, allowing Eve to practice.

Eve, through Luna's eyes saw Cordelia enter the room. She willed Luna's body to wave at her and say: "Hi! My name is Luna." She pointed towards her own limp, lifeless body. "This is Eve."

Luna waited in the back of her own mind, sounds whirring by her faintly and indistinctly. She could hear Eve speaking trough her lips, but nothing else.

Shinata headed towards the control of powers classroom with Derick.

Derick saw Eve...but his eyes didn't show the sparkle of love he did when he saw to Shinata when he saw Eve. "Hey!" he called to heer but comparing with how he had talked to Shinata, his tone lacked something.

Shinata glanced up at him, then looked over at Eve and Luna. "Hi!" she said.

Derick laughed like nothing had happened. "So, Science finished early and Shinata and I took a stroll"

"Apparently, I have a knack for learning things." she said with a smile.

(Allow me to elaborate. Right now Eve pretty much looks asleep because she's practicing her powers with Luna. Meaning Luna is in the back of her own head so Eve can practice. To put it simple, Eve is sleeping and also inside Luna's head. If that makes sense.)

Derick noticed Eve was sleeping not knowing she was in Luna. He chuckled to Shinata "Eve's sleeping..."

Shinata smiled. "Dozing in class.....what'cha gonna do about it?" she asked him

"Proves how much I dont know her" he whisperwd to Shinata and chuckled thinking Eve was asleep and couldnt hear or notice him.

Can I join

Luna moved back into her mind slightly. Eve, I think it's time to wake up. She pushed the words forward, not knowing weather or not Eve would hear.

Eve returned to her own mind. Her eyes (on her own body) darted open. She looked at Derrick painfully then at Luna. "Are you ok?" She told her.

Shinata smiled a little, then looked over as Eve woke up. "Hey, she's awake." she said, nudging Derick.

Luna blinked, slightly dazed. "Fine." She said quietly. She reached back behind her head and pulled her hood back over her head.
