Immortality Background Info:Eight Hundred years ago, an Elixir was made by a chemist. The Elixir was given to two large royal families and their subjects, The Dragomir and the Vasile Families.
The two immoral kingdoms were constantly at war. Each family wanted to be the strongest Immortal family and would kill and attack each other. Each of their numbers started to dwindle down to almost nothing.
The Dragomirs had always been stronger and one step ahead of the Vasiles. The Vasiles family one night planned a raid on the Dragomir's. Having the advantage of surprise on the Dragomir's, The Vasiles killed the Queen and King but not before the King got his Eight Immortal children to safety with the help of his Sister Tatiana. His sister took them away from Russia and moved the Kings children to Ireland and soon disappeared. No one has seen or heard from the princesses or princes in 600 years. Some believe that they are dead, others believe that they are still in hiding.
In the Mean time, the Vasile Kingdom fell apart after the king and his sons fought for power over the empire. Soon the kingdom's people separated into three different kingdoms, one group stayed loyal to the king and others followed the two sons, Zander and Fane. The king was assassinated by his son Fane and his people soon started to follow Fane also. Then one day, just like the Dragomir children, Zander and Fane disappeared and haven't been heard from since.
*NOTE: Every immoral person either comes from the Dragomir family or the Vasile family. Immortals have breed with humans but the immortal gene is stronger than the human's so there is a 90% chance that half breeds will become immortal*
Immortal Soulmate Info:Every immortal has that special person out there that completes them. Some of them get lucky and find their soulmate while others go through life never finding them. When an immoral finds it's soulmate, there's no confusing the feelings they get. They know automatically that that person is their soulmate.
Broken Bay was founded in 1875 by a Woman named Gemma Adams, a woman who looked no older than 20 but really was over three hundred years old. When she was around the age of 312, she and her immortal friends were out, living life to the fullest when she decided she had enough of the privileged life and left everyone and everything she knew in Ireland and Made the long trip to the states. She lived in New York, Pennsylvania and Maine helping the less fortunate humans by giving back anyway she could. Having decided that she now wanted to help Immortals like her, she fled to Montana where she, along with Declan, an immoral friend she had made in New York, bought a large sum of property and founded Broken Bay.
Over the years, Gemma has seen hundreds of immortals like her walk through her doors for help and has sent many of them off to live better lives.
Immortal Powers/Skills
Every Immortal is gifted with a special power that is all their own, but there are basic skills that every Immortal has.
Basic Immortal Powers:
~Never age (view spoiler)[Immortals stop aging at the age of 18 (hide spoiler)]
~Basically impossible to kill (view spoiler)[ The head of the immoral must be removed then the body must be burned for an immoral to die (hide spoiler)]
~Vision and Hearing are enhanced
~Strength and speed increased (Along with Stamina)
