It's that time of year again, and Hogwarts has opened up Quidditch tryouts for the house teams.
All submissions are due by Friday, April 20th, and the teams will be announced on Saturday, April 21st.
Choose from Seeker, Chaser, Keeper, or Beater! There's even a captain for each team!
After the teams have been chosen, the players who selected that they would be willing to lead the team to victory as captain this year will be invited to "tryout" for the position. I will PM you with more information after the teams have been established if you wish to serve as team captain. Good luck!

Welcome! Welcome! It is my pleasure to introduce to you the Quad-Wizard Tournament.
Overview
The four Hogwarts houses will send one student above the age of 15 to compete in the Quad-Wizard Tournament. Therefore, there will be a total of four competitors. These competitors will compete in four tasks (which won't be announced ahead of time). Each student will receive a score for each task from our panel of judges. The competitor with the highest score at the end of the tournament wins the Quad-Wizard Cup and 300 points for their house.
Rules
1) All students who wish to enter must be at least 15 years old (their charrie's age, not the person roleplaying them) 2) Students may only submit their name into the Goblet of Fire once. 3) If a student's name is selected, they will be forced to compete. 4) The competitors must role-play during each task, or they will be disqualified.
How to Enter
Students who wish to submit their name for the tournament must visit the Goblet of Fire, where they will receive further instructions. Be warned: these four tasks are dangerous, and there have been some previous fatalities. Therefore, do not enter your name lightly, as there is no going back once it has been submitted.
Selecting a Champion
The Goblet of Fire closes on Wednesday, April 18th. A poll will be created in the "poll" section of the group (an announcement will also be posted in the Daily Prophet) allowing group members to vote for their favorite applicant from each house. The students from each house that receive the greatest number of votes will be declared the four champions.
Selecting a Panel of Judges
Anyone who wishes to apply to be one of the 5 Tri-Wizard Tournament judges must fill out this form below:
Name: Year: House: Why you want to be a judge: How often you are on Goodreads (how many hours per day?):
The five judges will be chosen based on their participation in the group.
