i enjoy reading about shifters. They have a lot of history within the Native Amerian Tribes.

I too am a shifter fan. I do like vamps but shifters are so primal and yummy and there is lots of American Indian Lore to draw from. I grew up hearing iktomi stories. 
I love both but I guess I have a deeper love for Vamps
I'm a shifter fan. Shifters can be anything so you can be more creative. I like vamps too but shifters are my faves.

I'm a vampire freak! Weres and shifters are okay, but I never read much about them until Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson books and Carrie Vaughn's Kitty books.
I kinda like Vampires better because Vampires are usually calm and mysterious. Shifters are cool too I guess cause you can change into diffrent animals. So I guess its kindof a tie.
Shifters! Vamps are cold and weak, passionless. They're just rich boys with sharp teeth. Boring. Shifters burn hot. ;) Also, it's way cooler to be able to turn into an animal, LOL.

LOL, no worries, Isabella. ;) Actually, I kind of like it when the two are a little mixed, e.g. now and then, I've read about shifters that bite like vampires. Nice. :D
I also got hooked on vampires when I read Dracula when I was in the 4th grade, a whole lot of years ago. I was also one of those kids who ran home from school everyday to watch Dark Shadows. Barnabas Collins still has a place in my heart!
