Burnout is a big place in the books, where Neville goes to play in the books. The place is owned by Tom (Who we later find out to be a (view spoiler)[A spy for the Searchers! (hide spoiler)]) Here, the bar is still owned by Tom.
The place is kind of large, having a bar, a stage and music gear room, and seating area, where people can drink and watch musicians do their thing. Wraiths are not here, either are succubi, since this is a Searcher place. Remember though, that the Guardians don't know Tom is a Searcher at all.
If you have a musical character, this is a great place.
