Most people strolled through the park. Most people took friends to the park and talked. Most people even jogged through the park. Most people did not stretch out on their stomachs and stare intensely at a dandelion growing out of the ground. It just wasn't something that most people did. Yet....that was what Emerson did. Why? Because he could. Because he had nothing better to do. Because he was immensely bored. In other words. Why not? To be entirely honest, he was on the verge of falling asleep. Warm sunlight. Soft ground. Relatively quiet atmosphere. How could one not be tired? Especially after staying awake all night to get through the last few levels of THE END. It was a highly addictive game....had he known it was that addictive when he first started to play he never would've started. Video games were his downfall.....all the time. It seemed he never slept between gaming and patrols. That was why now would be the perfect time for a nice little catnap.
Jessamine stopped her bike a bit off the park. She leaned it against a tree and she hopped off.She had nothing to do since all her pack members were out,and it was no use going around town looking for them. They could handle themselves in her mind,so she needed a distraction. She liked taking small walks, climbing a tree and reading, whatever took her mind off being Alpha for a bit.She liked being Alpha and all,and she loved being rude and blunt, but sometimes she wanted to be quiet and let the world fade off.She strolled quietly through the park, her hands in her pockets. The only small sound she made was the soft tread of her boots.
Jessamine made no notice of anybody who was in the park. She minded her own business, seeing that humans didn't dare get close to her anyways. She found a small bench and she quietly lounged on it,closing her eyes and letting the sun hit her skin. Her rutty auburn hair haloed around her head, small locks falling off the edge of the of the bench. She put in her headphones, blocking out any sound around her.She hummed softly to Ain't it Fun by Paramore.

Tori was holding her favorite book as she strolled down the winded path of the park, she finally came to a nice spot. She walked to the closest bench while humming before realizing the figure on the bench. She pursed her lips angrily and leaned over the girl, blocking off most of the sunlight. She cleared her throat and snapped, "You now, benches are for you to sit on, not sleep on. And if you don't mind, could you please scoot over? I need to sit." Tori crossed her arms in front of her chest and waited of the girl to reply.
"Firstly I'm not you now. I have a name.Secondly, nowhere in the park does it say that it is prohibited to sleep on a bench. There are plenty around,go find yourself one youngling. You shouldn't think your so high up you snobby child.Talking to an elder like such and much more an alpha. Now if you mind, your blocking my sunlight."she said. She wasn't going to be uncivilised and create a problem, rather, she would deal with it verbally. She never once opened her eyes as the words rolled off her tongue.
Tori laughed and rolled her eyes. "Oh gee, do I see that you have a name tag? No, I bet I don't. And maybe, if you ever bothered to get your head out of the sunlight, you might be able to think that sleeping on a bench if far worse than sleeping on a bed. So if you don't mind, could you please scoot over?" Tori raised an eyebrow and continued, "But before you start retorting in your own snobbish way, I'd like to ask you a question, if you're the Alpha you say you are, what pack are you from?"
"Dogwood.Ask around. You don't have to believe me,I really don't care about your little judgements and opinions.and honestly,I quite prefer a bench out in the sunlight than a bed at the moment. So again,I quite do mind. And for your petty information,I wasn't sleeping. I'm just relaxing. So again.Your also blocking my sunlight. Please move along. As I said there are plenty of benches around here.Like not even five feet to the right. So go there.Stop persisting on getting me to move because I'm not going to little girl."Jessamine said calmly. She never showed anger to small things such as this. She never needed to.

A large park sits a mile or so from the High School, inviting Guardians, Keepers, and humans alike to come lounge in the outside air.
The park owners just ask that Guardians stay in their human form while there, as not to frighten anyone.
