A World Without Heroes discussion

Alright.The other day i was flipping through the appendices of LOTR and saw that "Tark" means 'Man of Gondor' in Orkish. What do you think, coincidence or no?
I am leaning towards a shout out myself.

Yep,it is from LOTR(The quote)it's from the beginning of The Fellowship of the Ring movie just before Bilbo leaves,such epicness!!!!

Yeah, I think it was John Stephens. The closest I can find in Beyonders is Jason telling Ferrin to keep an eye on Rachel and Ferrin saying "The one I have", which is almost the exact opposite of what Gandalf says.

As for Tark's name, I'm not sure. It could be just a coincidence. Do you have a Twitter? You could ask him and I bet he'd answer.
