What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

The main character is a girl that goes down to college, definitely in England, maybe London. She is rooming with a family friend. There is an adopted son in the house that is her age and a werewolf. There is a younger child in the house that she babysits. She has a love hate relationship with the werewolf. One of the other main werewolves is gay. She is kidnapped by the fey along with other characters. Towards the end, the fey power that traps the fey is captured in her body. Lots of promiscuity and language.
