Vivid whipped through the trees, making his long way to the back of the forest edge. Finally, he reached what he called the force field. He knew no-one else knew about it -- it was literally a force field that he'd created. To the touch, one would get a buzz through their body and it was otherwise impenetrable. After looking around to make sure no one was close by, Vivid pressed his hand to the invisible wall and concentrated all of his electrokinesis. Soon the force field let up for just enough seconds for Vivid to slip through.

A few steps beyond the force field was a large brush that he pushed aside. It led to a small cave: Vivid's secret. Stockpile. He swung his backpack off his shoulder and emptied the medicinal contents into the cave. Soon he was finished and concealed the entrance to his cave once more. Disable force field, check, escape. Back to pretending in Daggers Hill life once more. No slipping. No revealing. Secret, secret, secret. Forever.

Viv was almost back in Daggers Hill, or rather; Hell, when he saw a girl standing there. He gave her a quick glance before brushing past her. He was rather sure that she hadn't seen him. No one did, anyway.

"Um, what do you want?" Vivid asked in a deep voice. "Are you watching me?"

"What type of magic are you talking about?" Vivid spat. "I'm a squib. I don't do magic. Now, if you'll kindly leave me alone.."
He turned on his heel and jogged in the direction of the town.

Vivid heard her calling after him, but ignored her. He was a bit shaken, as she did say she had 'seen him doing magic.' He was sure there was no one around, anyways.

Viv shook his head and remembered that the glamour ((tmi reference)) magic he'd learned a few years ago would have worked. He stepped onto the pavement and made his way down the street.

Hunter walked into the vast forest laying under the shade of a tree. He came here when he needed to think, he was trying to come up with the initiation plan outline, then discuss the details with Jax. Hopefully he wouldn't have screwed things up with Vee.

Jax walked into the forest with hopes that Hunter was there. He was there alright laid under a tree. He went to him and called his attention, "Is Vee this frustrating?" he asked Hunter as he sat beside his lying form.

Hunter looked up at him and chuckled. "Frustrating is a very weak word to describe Vee my friend" shaking his head "what did she do now?" His curiosity getting the best of him, his best friend finally found someone who she likes and he was sure Jax didn't want to just get into her pants.

Jax weighed the options of telling him or not. "Are you sure you wouldn't tell it to any one else?" he asked in a serious voice, looking at the trees bent forming a distorted heart. He sighed as he remembered Vee's face when she didn't say anything about being ashamed of him.

"Dude, she's my best friend and this is her secret too so it's safe. I'd die before I provoke Vee" he got seated now " so what's the deal" he wasn't sure he wanted to know but he was naturally a very curious person.

"She's ashamed being with me," he blurted out. He huffed as he let the anger bubble forth. The air around them intensified to a strong wind making the leaves around them dance.

"I doubt that" he said simply, he knew Vee too well, if this was the case she would've never led him on. "She just doesn't do relationships and you know that. What did you expect? Broadcasting it on the radio" if he knew Vee as much as he claims, he'd bet his magic that this was the reason behind their fight.

He shook his head, "I knew you'd take her side, I understand. I'm not telling her to broadcast our relationship, not that it ever started." He let his magic go, making the leaves fell so suddenly. "I just want to tell her that I like her but she makes me so crazy I say the wrong things." Putting his head in his hands. "What am I going to do?" he wondered out loud.

"Well yea I'll probably always take her side, Vee is complicated like hell, but I bet my magic she likes you too. I've never seen her nervous about a guy before man, you got her hooked already" He thinks he said too much so he stopped talking. He knew he was part of her trust issues but didn't could never admit it to himself.

He looked at Hunter in disbelief, "I hooked her already?" He asked in a mocking tone. "I doubt that, Hunter. I think it's the other way around. What if she found out that she is the first girl I'd ever dated? What if she gets tired of me and just throw me away when she's done?" he asked Hunter with a helpless tone.

"You're the firs guy she ever dated too Jax" He shook his head at both their stubbornness. "Why are you talking to me rather than her? Get your ass back to the mansion and talk it out instead of running away in turns" He felt obliged to make this work for Vee, maybe he'll feel less guilty for what happened last year.

He nodded as he saw the light of what Hunter has been telling him, "Okay but she told me something about what happened between you and her. I don't need to know it but whatever you've done to her be warned that it won't happen to her again," he promised as he stood up and left the forest to go back to Vee.

Hunter ruffled his hair nervously and muttered "you'd better not" under his breath as Jax walked away. Hopefully, Shale will talk to Vee soon and straighten her up.

Hunter looked up at Shale and chuckled "Please don't joke again, it's a disgrace for all sense of humor around the world" shaking his head. "What brings you to the deserted land" gesturing to the empty forest. He wondered if Shale had talked to Vee yet, he knew better though. Vee probably won't talk about it yet to anyone.

He smiled "I'm not stalling, and I'm not upset. Did you talk to Vee soon? Like today soon?" He asked scratching the back of his neck, he was happy for her, but still worried. This was all new for her and he was kind of jealous, she found someone else to confide in, and share her secrets with. He wanted her to be happy and if Jax makes her happy then be it.

"How did you figure all of that from a simple question!" He asked surprised then he shook his head "Girls" He started casting some light charms, he and Vee did that whenever one of them was nervous "I'm not Jealous jealous, but I'm her best friend, I'm worried and annoyed that she has someone else to talk to now and be her real self around. It's selfish I know, but I just don't want her to get hurt, and this is the one thing I can't protect her from. Since I already hurt her before" he knew he had said too much, but all was piling and he needed to spill it out. And he can't trust someone beside Vee other than Shale.

"Look, you need to ask Vee about this when you get the chance to talk. I'm just worried she won't ask me for help if she needs any regarding Jax and it's my fault somehow. Buy why, that need be told by her not me" he sighed. "It's getting late, where's Brayden anyway?" He asked changing the subject.

"Got that, Jax is a good guy. If I trust anyone to take of her it's him. Let's just hope they don't murder each other by the morning" He chuckled as he remembered his conversation with Jax earlier. "Man, they're both crazy" He got his feet. "Wanna come over to the mansion? I can drive you home if you like"

"Okay then let's go. We don't need a car to get to my mansion. We'll drive from there" he says getting up and patting the dust of his pants.

Jax entered the forest with Vee by his side. He was laughing by what See had said about his brother's name. Pulling her close to his side he looked down at her with a grin, "He likes to be called Quin but we're not that close even though we're brothers." He sighed and looked away. He had remembered his talk with Hunter here in this forest when Vee and him fought. It seemed like ages ago when all was still simple and he missed those times now that he thought about it.

"Quin? Oh my god, no wonder he's messed up" she shook her head as they made their way through the trees.
The abandoned house started to form a little. It wasn't a normal house, it has curses and spells all around it so it's obliged only it's inhabitant's orders. The trick is, how to get in to inhabit in the first place. Makes it the perfect hideout.
As she explained this to Jax she realized something "The house indeed has someone living in it. Or it would just be there, not appear from thin air" as they made their way silently till they were close enough to enter "should we get in?"she asked.

Jax looked at the house back to Vee. He let her go as he prepared his magic, now that the shield was done he could use all of his spells to his beck and call. He sighed as power flowed through him, he clenched his fists as it knocked his breath out for a full minute. He opened his eyes, not knowing that he had closed them to look at Vee, "Let's go." He smiled at her as he uttered a spell that would break the first curse around the house.

"Okay" she said pulling her hair in a pony tail since it was all messed up. She didn't like the idea of getting in but she was cold since she's still in her spa trip clothes.
She then received another text from Hunter " He found him" she said as they entered. "Should he just follow him?" She asked. They made it into the house which was even colder than outside. It senses they're intruders.

He looked at Vee and smiled, "With you by my side, I'm safe." He said in a sure tone. He took her hand in his, entwining their fingers together before kissing the back of her hand. "Let Hunter observe him first before doing anything that will endanger his life. He whispered a spell that would warm their bodies quickly warding off the chill in the air. He looked at her as he pulled him inside.

Hunter had his backpack and was ready to leave town for a couple of days. He knew he was leaving his second a great responsibility but he needs a break! He knew Quin won't be up for mind breaking spell as he had a tiny look in his head. (Prev. Rp) He had promised himself not to use his power ever but sometimes he slips. Walking through the heavy trees he was shaded from the sun, he wasn't used to the quietness so his ears picked up on the tiniest of sounds and he suddenly heard footsteps behind him on the damp ground. He stood still waiting for the stranger's next move not bothering to read his mind because he likes. Challenge.

Roland couldn't help but tromp through the tight knit trees and overgrown roots. He had never been graceful, and most likely never would. There had been plenty of times his siblings outshone him in the physical realm but they never could quite match his intellect. Although his walk in the woods wasn't going ad well as planned, it was still a peaceful place to think.

As Hunter stood quietly he realized the stranger wasn't making any efforts to stay quiet So Hunter decided to wait and see if it's a familiar face. When a blond head made it's way from between the trees he knew it wasn't anyone he knows. "I think you scared any animal within a five miles radius"

Roland's heart seemed to skip a beat when he realized he wasn't alone. His eyes darted upwards and found a handsome face smirking. "Maybe so, but I'm sure you can just magic them back. Huh, pretty boy?" Roland didn't know why he always had to push it. He also noted the guy had on what seemed to be heavy clothes and a large bag, so Roland assumed he must be traveling.

"Magic boy? You really shouldn't say that to people who can turn you into a crazy badger man" Hunter said chuckling, now he understood why the guy has been so loud, he's a squib. Squibs usually are either really strong physically or really smart, he doesn't look that fit. He extended his hand "Hunter" he said introducing himself.

"Roland," he replied, taking a firm grasp on Hunter's hand and giving it a shake. He was glad Hunter hadn't taken his jab poorly, and in fact was relived that he could dish it back. "If you don't mind me asking, where are you off to?" Roland asked after stepping back and leaning on a tree.

"Actually I'm not so sure" he said releasing Ronald's hand looking sideways trying to make up his mind. To leave the city he will need papers and shit and that would take ages so he thought about just wandering to the other side of town. "Probably other side of town, south" he said shrugging adjusting the bag on his back.

Roland merely nodded, figuring it was personal to Hunter. He dug in his pocket, withdrawing a home rolled cigarette and a zippo. After lighting up, Roland took a deep drag on the smoke and took in his his surroundings a little more.

Hunter raised his eyebrows as Ronald started smoking "Where are you headed?" He asked curiously, he probably wasn't headed anywhere as he was lightly packed. "Or are you experimenting? You look like the type" since Hunter stopped reading people's minds he started reading their actions, reactions and how they look it was a bit of a hobby to him.

"What do you mean by experimenting? I'm afraid I don't really follow," Roland said. He took another drag on the cigarette. He watched Hunter through squinted eyes (he always squints).
