We haven't had problems with this yet - in fact we've had some great conversations with several authors and I value that. Actually, Nina - in this thread - is a PERFECT example of polite promotion. Thanks Nina! As the group grows I worry we'll get promotion stuff from people that don't care to get to know all our crazy members.

I think if I were to run in somewhere and yell, "Check out my stuff," the people might completely get the wrong impression. :)

Tessa, I went to your website and read a little of Blood Destiny and Blood Awakening are they from the same series. I wanted to buy them both for my kindle but only Blood Destiny seems to be available. Can you tell me how to get Blood Awakening?

Thanks for asking about the books! Yes, they are from the same series: the Blood Curse Series. Blood Destiny was released on Dec 1, 2010, and Blood Awakening is set to be released in 2011 (not yet out). I'm currently working on the third title. There is a mailing list on the website under the "Contact" page -- readers can sign up there to receive email notification(s) of future releases...we're all hoping we won't have to wait too long for Blood Awakening!

I loved Victoria’s character because of her strength and wit. I found myself laughing at the way she continually put Dorian in his place even though he is such a powerful vampire used to being respected and feared. The relationship that starts as a matter of necessity and lust turns in to a love that can stand against any adversity. The secondary characters are all fascinating and worthy of their own books. I would love to read more about Falcon, Raphael, Jacques, and Sonya. Caressed by Moonlight is a story that any lover of romance literature will enjoy, whether you’re a vampire fan or not. The vampire part just makes it all the more enjoyable!

I've written several paranormal books, but this one Defeat the Darkness is my first with vampires. I like the supernatural world of Bon Temp (True Blood) where all sorts of being exist, so naturally my books have a variety of creatures with unusual abilities. Hi, Shannon and all WWAV-ers. I’m Mike O'Malley, a first-time novelist who’s thrilled to be part of a group that prizes the paranormal.

While I don’t have any WWVs in my book, "In the Nick of Slime" (release date: Feb. 2) does have a shapeshifter, a telekinetic, a cosmokinetic, and a wizard. I hope I’m still eligible for membership!
