I'm sorry, but both names sound...... weird. I don't know? Divergents..... really that just sounds wrong *conversation* " Are you a Divergents?........" Really, think about it. Then Initiates sounds ok, but still doesn't sound right. Just my opinion.

We could be called Initiates and then by our faction so you could be like a Dauntless Initiates

The whole Dauntless Initiates doesn't sound bad.

Hey that actually kind of works! Because initiates isn't that specific to Divergent but add the faction and your good! So I would be an Erudite initiate!

I'm surprised Divergent still has so many fans actually--I've never really liked it much, but being factionless is supposed to be really bad, so if you called yourselves that, that would be implying that you guys can't fit in anywhere and are looked down by everybody else.

it's Initiates, it's kinda caught on already and has become the default term.

I like that. But i think we need to brain storm a bit harder. Use combinations of book names/terms with exterior words like "port heads" for Harry Potter fans. Many fans these days are also using the authors name in the term they use to name themselves.

We could just be called," The Divergence Group" but i do like the idea of ," Dauntless Initates " if you're refering to the second book.

We could also be called," The Divergent Alegence ".
