I had an idea. Maybe the first round of picks is who interviews who, but to make the interviews go all around and not just between 2 blogs I thought we could do another round of random picks:
IE:

This is what we already have:
Lindsay with Rie (meaning Lindsay Interviews Rie)
Melissa with Kathrin. (meaning Melissa Interviews Kathrin)
Melina with Angela. (meaning I Interview Angela)

Now we do another random pics so the interviewer isn't also interviewed by her Interviewee...

I just use Google calendar and when an event that I'm participating with (from tours or other events or a promised post) and add them to the google calendar.

I open up iCalendar on my mac and print that month's calendar and then I just write in what stuff for my blog. I color code it too because I'm OCD ish lol. Here's a pic

I personally use the iCloud calender so that I can have easy access to it while on the computer and when I check email on my phone. I also keep a desk calender for the same purpose.

also you do an excellent job at the design jobs so if you love it and want to do it I don't think anyone minds! That said I am NOT design minded so I can't speak for anyone who might be :P

Aww...thanks. Yeah, the banner/buttons I threw together in seconds, but I don't really have an idea for them. I'm not happy with them, but I can't think of how I want to change them, but I do know I want it unified from G+, to Youtube, to here.

I like designing stuff so let me know if you need any help

I'd be happy if you'd give a go at designing the banners for the different services. Youtube's is the largest so you could design to their dimensions and then we could scale them for the other 2.

hmmmm.. i like neutrals! Nothing too too bright or clash-y. Not that I mean it has to be like grey black or white.. just.. Muted colors? HAHA I don't know.

I really like the minty blue-ish color of the coffee cup.

Here's what I came up with. I can change stuff if you want. I had a hard time coming up with a tag line so if you think that's too cheesy we can change it or get rid of it.

I adore it other than I think the background needs to be a bit lighter or the blue of the words need to be a bit darker, so that it pops.

And the tagline is too perfect! Love it.
