My favorite Lisa Kleypas book is "Again The Magic" and my favorite character is McKenna. Also, Lord St. Vincent, if Rosalyn Landor is narrating I could listen to Lord St. Vincent all day long. He was such a funny, no regrets, scene commanding character.
Let's not forget Joshua and Lady Holly in "When Dreams Come". That was one of my all time favs.
The first Lisa Kleypas book I read was A Wallflower Christmas. I was hooked. She is solely responsible for my historical romance addiction! After reading that first book, I couldn't wait to read about all the Wallflowers and how they got their happy endings. I have read all her books except the first two she ever wrote. If I have to pick just one, I choose A Devil in Winter with the drool-worthy Sebastian, who finally falls hard and becomes a better man because of the least likely wallflower, Evie.
Love in the Afternoon is my favorite book and Beatrix Hathaway my favorite character.
I so wish Cam Rohan in Mine Till Midnight was real. I love that gypsy. GRRRYum.

my evertime favourite is Love in the Afternoon
then Dreaming of You , Devil in Winter , Again the Magic then Somewhere I'll Find You and so on....

Okay, this question is just too damn hard. But, if I must ... I could whittle it down to two ... three.
Hardy Cates - Blue Eyed Devil,
Alex Nolan - Dream Lake,
John McKenna - Again the Magic (who could resist a HEA version of Wuthering Heights?)
However, for the record, all my Lisa Kleypas books are read and re-read. Not only are her male protagonists "to die for", but, for me, she is one of the very few authors that conceptualize female characters that are complex, engaging and palpable (not just another pretty face).

Without a doubt, my favourite characters are St. Vincent and Derek Craven!
This was too hard to pick just one. I had one in mind, then I saw everyone's comments, and said, "Oh wait, I like him too." So here it goes:
Hardy Cates...Blue Eyed Devil
Simon Hunt...Secrets of a Summer Night
John McKenna in Again the Magic
Derek Craven in Dreaming of You
