I never got to see this. Im curious to hear what people thought.

The commercials for it made me wince. It looked as if they gave it the "TUDORS" treatment; everyone looking like they stepped out of an Abercrombie and Fitch magazine ad and pushing the sex over historical fact.

Well, it was intended for a younger audience than The Tudors so the sex was not graphic, only implied. I don't mind historical inaccuracies as long as they make sense and present a good story - but this was very immature, if you ask me, even with the knowledge that it was for the "young adult" crowd.
