Where plays are held

((For rp's sake, were gonna Just say the cast list is posted here...))

Aleda walked up, giddy with anticipation.

Filch looked at Aleda, he was giving off a pleasure smile on his face. "So, are you seriously considering joining the play?" He asked, a hint of amusement in his voice.

"Yes, I auditioned yesterday! I told you that." Aleda r replied.

"Just wanted to make sure." Filch shrugged. "Who else is in the play?" He bent down and picked up a crumbled piece of paper and looked at it, it was a simple math problem that he could have easily solve, he then straightened and looked up at Aleda again.

"Let's find out!" Aleda walked up to see the cast list. "OHMIGOSH. FILCH! I GOT IT!" She jumped up wrapping her legs around his waist, and kissing him.

Filch started by Aleda's action, jumped back a bit. "Woah, slow down there Tiger." He teased. "That's great." He chuckled for a bit.
((Got to go, sorry.))

"Sorry, I'm just so excited." Aleda blushed, slightly embarrassed. "Fiyero's still open." Aleda said, almost sulkingly. "You wouldn't do it?"

((It's okay))

"As I said, I don't know about the whole story of the play." Filch nodded and continued. "So, what does Fiyero do exactly?" He asked, a bit embarassed.

"I know he is sort of the male lead in the second half. Beyond that, I don't know much more besides the fact that he and Elphaba have a romance later on. Oh and that in the book, he has blue diamonds embedded in his skin..." She paused. "We would do a song together." She pulled her phone out, and pulled up her music, finding As Long As Your Mine. She plays it for him, watching his reaction.

"Well, if you want me to," Filch paused. Thinking about it. "Okay, I'll join. Besides, I don't want any guy getting close to you or anything." He then winked, though it was more of a playful wink than flirty.

"Thank you thank you thank you!!" Aleda jumped up and down. She calmed down and kissed him lightly on the cheek. "Thank you." She said more seriously.

Filch stared down at her for a few moments with a cheeky smile on his face. "You really are excited for this. Aren't you?" He kissed back at her cheek as he finished his sentence.

"Yes!" Aleda paused, and composed herself. "I just feel like this is my break. I don't entirely want to be the weird girl anymore. Some weird is good, but I just don't know. I've never wanted anything more than this role." She finished.

kassie looked at the cast list "oh horsefeathers i didnt get elphaba whom i wanted :("

Filch smiled. "You always were the Rebellious kind." He then put his arm around Aleda's waist. "Any plans to tell Mira about this?" He poked his tongue out at the side.
He then heard a feminine voice and looked at a girl, looking at the Cast list.

she stamped her foot, frustrated

Filch was still looking at the girl, acting rather childish as he thought. "What's with her?" He asked, towards Aleda.

"I don't know. I'll be fine, I don't know how she'll take the news though." Aleda replied. She looked at the girl behind them. "I have no idea." She answered Filch.

((Gonna be on for a while?))

she sighed and said "its okay at least i got in" she sat down and let tears fall "i'll never make any friends i've been here for a LONG time and i still haven't made any friends everyone must hate me" she mumbled

"She might be frustrated that you got the part of. . .who was it again?. . .Elphaba! That's it." Filch said. "Did you take singing lessons or somethin'? It must be hard to compete for the role."

she stood up knowing that no one cared about her not even her parents who were getting a divorce and her mom was moving to france

"I guess so. I've never had a lesson in my life. Unless you count the endless hours I've spent singing to myself in my room." Aleda replied.

she walked by them hoping she make friends soon and left

"Singing to yourself?" Filch smirked and raised his eyebrows. "I wonder how Mira puts up with you. Hearing you sing while she does her work."

"Yes, singing to myself. And I am proud of it!" Aleda said, proudly. "And for the record, she doesn't." she laughed. She scrolled through her phone, purchasing the rest of the Wicked album that she didn't yet have. "Done!" She smiled. "I now have more to sing!"

Mira ran in, looking around for the list. Finally, she saw it.

Her name was not next to Galinda/Glinda. She sighed, yet another thing fine wrong. She scrolled down the list and saw that she was to be the director! Mira was equally happy with this. She grinned, then saw the Aleda had gotten the role of Elphaba. Great. she thought, I have to direct her?! she didn't know how she would manage that. She put her head in her hands, not even noticing Aleda and her boyfriend.

"Hey Mira, I just bought all my songs, ready for more singing from my room?" Aleda asked

Filch chuckled quietly, he knew the two wouldn't get along very well and it would be entertaining to see Mira burst out in flames due to Aleda and a bit of him on the side.

Mira looked over, startled. She smiled, "It's helpful actually, I can make sure my lead is practicing." She spun on her heel and left, walking toward the director's office. Her office!

Aleda looked at Filch. "Were going to have plenty of fun messing with her mind." She winked.
