"Wrong" is well written, gripping indeed. But it is truly unpleasant. Unless you like this sort of thing. Now, Peterson has a strong BDSM following (Will Parkinson and his friends - including me - dabble heavily in this sort of romance on facebook); and so I realize I am not the ideal audience. You'd think a story about a total dickwad getting his just desserts should be fun - but there is a heavily sadistic aspect to this story that calls to mind Mel Gibson's "The Passion of Christ" (which I didn't see, but read about). It glories in the administration of agony. Hard for me to enjoy this. But read it - let's talk about it.
