Do need read the first book before this ? I Mean U know how U can read a story without reading the first is this one of those books which U can easily grasp ?

Yes, you really need to read If I Were You to appreciate Being Me. There are also more books associated: Rebecca's Lost Journals, a series of brief novella's, which would also be good to read before Being Me (but not essential to).
yes! The first book sets the stage for the developments of the 2nd book, it creates the mystery which is part of the foundation of books 1 & 2
