Age: Although only entering Middle Earth in around the year 1000 of the third age, Pallando has served the Valar in Valinor along with the other Maiar since Ilúvatar created him with the Flame Imperishable.

Personality: Where Gandalf came to Middle Earth as the wisest of the Istari, Saruman the most powerful and Radagast the most in tune with the earth, Pallando came as the most observant and in tune with the more temporal systems of Middle Earth. His powers to bring about rapid changes in weather are ones he shares with his closest kin and friend Alatar yet he has more control over the storm systems and the more dangerous form of climes where Alatar could easily break the clouds or calm a storm. Since the disappearance of Alatar, Pallanado has become sere and serious, determined to find his kin and weary from his age long travel to find him. He is short tempered and shows little kindness to weakness. He is somewhat merciless and yet he still fights against evil and should not be considered a dark force.
Appearance: Pallando has a shoulder length wave of obsidian black hair that is speckled with grey. His jaw is square and is covered by short grey stubble. His eyes are steely grey and his nose crooked. He dresses in heavy and hooded robes of darkest blue that resemble a twilight sky. His face is normally shadowed by his hood. He carries a black staff of ebony wood which at the top corkscrews about five turns and holds within a cut stone resembling sapphire. He has a foot long scar across his chest. He stands tall at around 6'5".
Backstory: Upon entering Middle Earth, the wizards discussed their duties and further roles. Saruman travelled East, Radagast to Mirkwood and Gandalf became a helpful wanderer throughout the lands of men . Pallando and Alatar were tasked with travelling to the edges of the known lands and beyond, to discover what powers and forces there lay and to return and relay the information. The pair began by travelling north to The Ice Bay and The Cape Of Forochel and then further north where they explored countless glaciers and cave systems in a perpetual winter, finding little life. Travelling south they came to Rhûn and the land of Dorwinion, east of Mirkwood where they settled for a time among the hardy men that fished the shore of the Lake of Rhûn. Years later the harmonious community was beset by a raiding army of Easterlings. The Easterlings eradicated the fisherman and in a rage Pallando slaughtered the Easterlings in a mighty storm of lightning and ice. Once Alatar had calmed the storm, the pair left lake in shame. They came to Khand, east of Mordor, where Pallando was given a mighty scar across the chest after duelling with a Balrog in a subterranean system. He was healed from near death by Alatar and a travelling elf. They then travelled to the city of Umbar and lived silently among The Corsairs, attempting to change the dark hearts of the men that lived there by influencing politicians and high figures. When they were discovered as Istari and kin to the known figures of Gandalf and Saruman, they were cast our and driven into The Sutherlands of the Haradrim men. For many years the pair travelled among the vast deserts and arid valleys that they found, traveling further south and east than any other society of man or elf. It is here that Alatar and Pallanado decided to split, Alatar to travel east and Pallando south, both to return to Middle Earth and to the other Istari by the year 2750 of the third age (About 200 years before Bilbos trip to Erebor). Upon travelling south Pallando came across great seas and mountains and deep into the lands of the unknown he came across a form of dark power that he will not speak of to anyone yet. Returning to Middle Earth early in wake of this finding he now seeks the company of Alatar, and other learned figures who may know of him.

[Backstory:<:/b>] The Maia Aiwendil was an Ainu who existed before time, and one of the spirits who descented to Arda in order to serve the Valar. Aiwendil was a servant of the Valie Yavanna, the Queen of earth. In c. T.A. 1000, the Maiar arrived upon the shores of Middle-earth, having the form of frail old Men, whom the peoples called Wizards. Saruman arrived first and alone, and Radagast arrived at the same time as Gandalf. Radagast was never much of a traveller. There is not much to be told about his early journeys, but by the late Third Age he eventually settled down and dwelt, for a time at least, at Rhosgobel somewhere between the Carrock and the Old Forest Road. Situated on the western borders of Mirkwood, it can be assumed that the Radagast held watch against the Shadow of Dol Guldur that slowly engulfed the forest.

For Pallando it is easy to manipulate the weather into huge storms, for Alatar, it is the opposite, he can calm down storms, both physical, and in the mind.

Backstory: In the year S.A 100 The Order of the Maia elected 4 Istari (Wizards) to venture to Middle Earth to make sure order and balance are always present. The time had come to choose to Wizard to explore to farthest reaches of Middle Earth. "Alatar the Blue, Maia of Orome" Manwe said. Alatar asked if he could bring along Pallando the Twilight Wizard, his closest friend, when Manwe accepted, they were off in a heartbeat. They traveled east with Sarumon, who stayed in the near east while they went into the farthest reaches of Middle Earth. They started their journey at the Ice Bay, and Northwest to the Cape of Forochel where they explored countless glaciers and cave systems. They then traveled far to the east and came upon Rhun and had encounters with Easterlings. They then traveled south to Khand where they ha a nasty battle with a Balrog, leaving Pallando badly injured, fortunetally, Alatar and a traveling elf managed to heal his wounds. They then traveled to the city of Umbar where they attempted to heal the dark hearts of the Corsairs living there, when they were discovered they were banished south to the Sutherlands. This is where Pallando and Alatar decided to split up. Alatar went east and Pallando traveled further south. Alatar did not find anything but scorching desert and freezing nights. Until he came upon the shore. He scaled the shore south until he came upon a coastal fishing village where he convinced a local fisherman to sail him to the Dark Lands to the East. There he found unspeakable horrors and evil so dark, that no one, not even an Istari should have to see, he then built a makeshift boat and sailed north, making sure the weather was just right for him to be able to sail perfectly. By the end of his sail he grew weak and weary, a large storm came and wrecked his boat on sharp cliffside rocks. When he woke up he found himself in an Easterling camp, being healed by a doctor, he had slept for 10 days. He then explored the lands east of Rhun, farther than they had previously gone. There he saw amazing views and spectacular sights that refreshed his mind fro the Dark Lands. After years of exploration of Rhun, he traveled to Dale, then south to Minas Tirith where he saw everything that had changed about this world Sarumon is e....evil?!??!? He then set of in search of his old friend Pallando, which leaves us where we are today.

In addition to this staff Alatar has a black book with a glowing blue Ꮬ on it, no one but him knows whats inside it, not even Pallando, he carries it around with him everywhere, and he can often be found studying it.

Backstory: Fiera was a LotR fan who hated the parts of the books that the movies twisted. But she loved the movies. Then she ran away to New Zealand with her brother and found the Arkenstone, ripped away from him in the time when he needed her the most. It teleported her into the midst of a group of orcs, where she got the scar on her cheek. With some fire magic she didn't know she had, she barely escaped. She thinks her kid brother was murdered by a dragon in front of her... in all honesty, yes, yes he was. However, in the river, his mortal killing wounds were healed and his heart began beating again. He was saved from their orcs and taken in by an enemy captain gone traitor. She thinks he's dead and her only objective is to avenge him.

Backstory: Toby lived with his sister Fiera, who protected him from... things that will be revealed in the RP. He's incredibly smart, mathematics wise, and incredibly insightful. His sister would play games and lie to him to keep his hopes up, but he know all the time, and played the games for her sake more than for his own. In their abusive household, he was their anchor. She ran away to keep him from being abused, protecting him as much as possible. When they both got to Middle Earth, Fiera saw him 'killed' by a dragon. She tried to get his heart going again, but it was too little too late. She left him in the water, his magical element. After days, the starving, sick, mortally wounded child was slowly healed and rescued. Now, his only goal is to find his sister.

Wizards
There are 5 well known wizards in Middle Earth. Saruman the Wise, Gandalf the Grey, and Radagast the brown, and Alatar, and Pallando the blue. Gandalf is most well known in the Shire for his splendid fireworks. Saruman and Gandalf do not get along well, for Saruman is becoming darker, and more evil as the days pass.
Spellcasters
Spellcasters are people who are limited to magic. They can only cause minor tricks and spells, and make fireworks, although none as splendid as Gandalf's fireworks. They usually use their magic for playing pranks on people and are practically powerless.
