Yep! That would work. You can add a book cover by clicking the add book/author link above the comment box on the upper right. Then select cover and search for the book you want. When you find the one you want, click the add button. Once you click the post button, it will show the book cover. (If you want a different version of a book, click the other editions link before clicking the add button.)
