The Nevermore series discussion

Basically the game goes like this: you say a quote from any of the books and the next person has to guess which character said that quote. Or you can post a portion of a scene and then the next person has to say which characters were in that scene. You can give hints as well. I'll go first:

“Why the snap-crackle-pop didn’t you call me back?”

Ha! At first I thought it was Isobel, but then I remembered the scene where Isobel was talking to Brad in the locker room and he was on crutches. Ok, here's an easy one:

Well, Varen said it too, but Isobel said it first. When I posted this quote I was thinking of that scene in the first book when Varen ignored her in the lunch room. But Varen or Isobel works for this quote. Yeah, I felt bad for Isobel too. :( During that scene, I kept hearing the song "My Blood" by Ellie Goulding when Isobel wakes up in the hospital...

I know, right? I just can't stop thinking about the books... Now, making Nevermore into a movie or tv show would definitely be something. It seems that nowadays most movies that come out are made from books (twilight, beautiful creature, percy jackson, the host, city of bones, the hunger games, the great gatsby, etc.). This I would actually be really eager to see come to life on the big screen. Though, I still have yet to see the great gatsby, the host, the city of bones, and the new precy jackson movie. I saw the hunger games, beautiful creatures, and twilight. The hunger games was decent, beautiful creatures wasn't as good as I thought it'd be but it wasn't TERRIBLE, and twilight started off interesting but then it just got cheesy and annoying after a while... Anyway, you should check out the song "My Blood" by Ellie Goulding. I posted it under the videos. Your turn to post a quote...

I agree. I want Nevermore to be a movie or something, but I don't want them to change stuff. I like drawing too! Since I started taking art class at my school, I've learned how to build canvases and do oil paintings as well as paper work. It was cool. I don't think I'm graphic novel good, though. Have you noticed that when a book comes out as a movie they turn it into a graphic novel? I mean, not all of them, but some of them. Like Beautiful Creatures, Twilight, and the Vampire's Assistant. I'm currently reading the graphic novel that was made for Beautiful Creatures. It's not how I imagined the characters looking, but it's not bad. I'm glad you listened to the ellie goulding song. Yeah, it's good isn't it? She's a really great artist.

Yeah, I can only stand so much of the techno songs they play on the radio. After a while all those crazy pounding beats sound like noise. Almost as bad as heavy metal, though I like a few rock/alternative songs. Most of the songs sound alike on radio. I don't listen to the radio that often. I listen to pandora online. Mostly it's just me and my ipod. Have you heard of the group Alt-J? They're this new band I just learned about and they actually sound original, SO different from the usual crap played on the radio.

They're alternative. Look up their songs Breezblocks, Tesselate, Fitzpleasure, and Dissolve Me!!! Their songs are different from anything I've heard and that's what makes them so unique and cool.
