Where you can take the subway to go anywhere in town.

Lea didn't know how she got here. She had left the mansion only minutes ago but for her it was like a lifetime had passed. The hollowness she felt was...unimaginable and when she saw herself alone in the subway station she couldn't help but laugh. "You're all alone," she said in a sing-song voice. She was not going of her rocker but come to think of it she wanted to be crazy for once, so she did.

She stood still and after a few minutes she danced to a tune in her head. It was 'River Flows in You' and she danced.

As she hummed the last bars of the song, she felt so much better. She stared at her feet and she wanted to dance again but she didn't have anything to dance to that would make feel at peace anymore so Lea looked for a dry place to sit and when she did, she went to the corner and sat. Clasping her hands tightly as she let her tear fall.

She stopped sobbing as she heard a deep voice calling her. Lea looked up slowly and when she saw an unfamiliar and too handsome face inches away from hers, she shuffled back. "Who are you?" She asked in a slightly shaking voice as she wiped her tears with the back of her left hand.

Lea nodded and for once she craved any human contact, even if it's coming from a near-stranger. "When?" She asked, out of the blue and when he looked at her blankly she clarified, "When did we meet?"

She didn't believe him for one second but she didn't mind since he wasn't the first person to lie to her face. Shrugging she turned to face forward and as minutes passed by without any noise she whispered, "Leandra. My name's Leandra."

She didn't know if it was his weird way of acting or the way he may possibly be concerned. Standing up, she patted the dust off from the denim skirt she was wearing. Smiling Lea said, "Hello, I'm fine now," she smiled even wider for no reason at all as she wiped the rest of her tears off.

She took his hand and she felt a weird tinge when his palm met hers. She quickly shook it and take it back to her side, "I don't think so but if I did, I wouldn't forget you," she said in a truthful voice. Lea looked at him from head to toe and she nodded.

"I don't even know what being Depraved is so don't be sorry," she said as she leaned on the wall. The electricity was not bad at all, in fact it was quite the opposite but he didn't need to know that.

"I don't specialize in anything," she lied. If being a darker wizard was called Depraved, then she was one of them. "Please tell Shane that I'm sorry for what I've said to her," she said quietly.

She looked at him, surprised. "Is it a date?" She blurted out and she reddened. "Ummm, it's not what I meant but sure, let's go out," she realized that she had said the wrong words again but this time she didn't clarify.

She turned her whole body to his way, "I really want to." She said in a sure voice because she just couldn't bear the disappointment in his eyes. She smiled at him as she linked her arm around his, "Where are we going?" She asked.

Lea smiled up with him and she felt a little guilty that He was gone but she was here all happy and shit. She shook her head to clear it as she stepped closer to Wes. Nodding, she laid her other hand to his shoulder.

She just couldn't help but feel a little cold when Wesley let her go. She hid by looking at the sun, "How I missed the sun back in my hometown," she said wistfully. She closed her eyes and just bask in the warm rays with aplomb.

Lea answered, "I'm from Oklahoma." She stared at their hands with something akin to confusion but she let it go to ask him, "What about you?"

"I'm fine with dinner, Wes. I don't have anything to do anyway," she said as she looked up at him. Nothing worth anything, she added in her thoughts.

She laughed with him and when they were under the shade, she couldn't help but feel a little tightening in her chest as she looked up him. The happiness she saw in his eyes was so bright that sh felt a little sad that she couldn't do it also. TO be happy... "Let's go in," she whispered.

Derrick was wandering around the station. This was the first time he was able to get out in awhile, and nothing was going to ruin it for him

Charisse got out the subway train with her bags in her hands. As she got her first view of Dagger Hills, she was bit of disappointed with how empty this place looked like well except for the guy who was just strolling around like this was a park. She shrugged and was about to leave when she heard a crash behind her.

Derrick looked up after hearing a crash, but all he could really see from his position, was a girl. She had to be new. He has never seen her before, and plus all the bags was a pretty dead giveaway. Even though he wasnt foward to doing to much today, he did hear a crash, and needed to investigate.

Charisse looked back at the chaos at the subway train. It's seems that a luggage was lodged between the sliding doors and that is now the reason why it can't close. It was none of her business but as the guy who was just day-dreaming or something took a step closer she turned her back and tugged the sleeves of her shirt to hide her tats.

He started walking closer the the noise

Charisse ignored the sound now that her tats were covered and kept on walking with her hair shielding her face when she suddenly bumped into a hard chest. "Excuse me," she said in a small voice as she decided to play the pliant female.

"Wait." He takes her hand before she was out of reach. "You expect me to believe this little act?" He says with a small laugh

She didn't move one bit but her eyes were glued to the tanned hand on her sleeved arm, "Take your hand away." She said quietly as she raised her eyes, her hair revealing her features that made her vulnerable.

"I can read you like a book" He smiles and lets go of her arm. He takes a good look at her. " Not bad lookin" He says in his head

She sneered as she shook his arm off, "Piss off," she whispered as she went pass him slowly. Charisse was not intimidated by his good looks and magnificent physique and yes she had gotten that impression of him in just one glance but right now was not the time for relationships, it's time for something else completely.

"You have some fire in you. I kinda like it" he smirks and hops back in front of her. "So you're new here right?" he asks figuring she was, since she has never seen her here

She kept on walking while she looked at the guy in the eye, "None of your damn business." Cute but irritating she thought as she pushed her away against his chest.

"Alright, what the f*** did I do to you!?" he asks her now getting a little irritated. He did nothing to to deserve this from her. It almost wasn't worth this trouble, but she intrigued him.

Charisse can feel the heat coming through the thin shirt he wore and she answered sarcastically, " Oh I don't know maybe you're just blocking me way." She didn't know why but this guy was something else. Something fearless or very very stupid.

"You know what, I don't need this s***. You can just go F*** yourself" he tells her harshly as he lowers his shoulder into her as he walks by her

Charisse sighed and she can't let him have the last words so she turned to face him, "I thought you're way better than that, huh. Guess I was wrong," shrugging exaggeratedly as she turned to go.

"I tried being nice to you." he turns around. "But all you wanted to do is play the stuck up little girl, who acts like the world revolves around her. You think you're better than everyone else. But you're not" he tells her

At his words she stopped and without turning she said, "You don't know who I am and you have no right to say that to me." She clenched her fists as anger pulsed through her.

"I can tell, I bet your name is like christine or Charisse or somthing like that." he tells her.

"It's Jane," she lied. "I have no time for this. It seems like my time is wasted here," she said loudly.

"Sure it is, but who's stoppin ya. Theres the door" he points at the exit.

Charisse murmured, "No shit, Sherlock." She went to the exit with a slow, unhurried strides. As she took the stairs that led up to the streets of Dagger Hills she felt...hurt by what the stranger had said but she immediately shrugged it off since what he said was all what she had presented to him.

Soon his conscious got the best of him. "Hey" he said catching up to her. "Look I'm sorry for saying that stuff. You're right, I have no idea who you are. So I have no right to judge. Can we please start over?" he asks softly

She looked at him with distrust but she held it off as she offered her hand, "Charisse." She had worn black gloves to fend off the chill and she was kind of curious of the one who had cursed, insulted and now was befriending her.

"I'm Derrick, and you're right. I am much better then the stunt I pulled out there." he says gently taking her hand. He knew he would have to regain her trust, but he will work very hard at it.

She smiled a little at him, "You better since I am too." Charisse froze and that's when she realized that he was teasing someone! A guy! Well coming here was the first of everything she suppose. She can see that his blue eyes are twinkling and she looked at his hand which haven't let her go yet.

He lets out a soft laugh. It made him happy that he was making slight progress. He always wanted to make new friends, and she seemed pretty cool deep down. She was really pretty too. He noticed he was still holding her hand and slowly loosened his grip.

She smiled a little more, "Now that's out of the way. Where is the nearest motel around?" She asked as she brushed her hair back from her face. Charisse was uncomfortable with the way things are between them but it was all right for now.

"Well, I couldn't tell you, but I could show you" he lets out a nervous laugh.

"I'm fine with that," Charisse told him as she looked at him curiously. Gone was the asswipe who she had seen and now in his place was a guy who was...geeky. That's surprising she thought.
