Uh, I have a skeleton of a plotline:From my idea for the comic I am attempting with my characters:
Tʜᴇ Gᴇᴍsᴛᴏɴᴇ Cᴀᴛᴀsᴛʀᴏᴘʜᴇ
Starting with the Sapphire Incident, there are other Gemstone Incidents occurring across the nation(or world). If connected by lines on a map, there would be the rough shape of a heptagram. Although shifted, the points will be as shown below:

Note that the Sapphire Incident occurred in Arkham, Massachusetts, roughly around Salem. Each Incident can be triggered by someone performing some ritual to breach beyond the Outer Gates and end up releasing one of the six(seven, Sloth is two demons) remaining demons, either on purpose or by accident. This would result in a disaster, some even that would leave those in the vicinity dead, but does not necessarily have to be an explosion. If it is an explosion, the flames should be of the color of the gem.
The end result would be the Jade Disaster, in the center of said heptagram, a tower of jade will manifest, destroying the area it appears in. Following this will be the final Incident, the Diamond Incident, releasing the eight demon of Despair, the final Deadly Sin(The Greeks had Eight while the Catholic Church dropped it to have seven, a number with more magic significance). Heroes would have to stop Gwendolyn and her allies from unleashing 'hell' upon the Earth.
The idea for the ending would be the resurrection of the Arkham-Salem Cult Members, and the death of Gwendolyn. Her death, in the comics at least, would be caused by a character named Ariadne Septima Morris*, but using telekinesis to send some fatal projectile, be knife or fire ball, back at her after Gwendolyn attempted to kill off The Abysmal Exorcist, her nemesis.
The Eight demons who were sealed away are merely harbingers of a greater evil to come, the very embodiment of the sins they represented, the most feared and powerful of the Outer Gods and Old Ones, the Primordial Darkness' offspring, and along with them shall come the End of Days.**
*Name is subject to change. Ariadne is a psychic and a medium who powers will grow throughout the use of this plot, and is a love interest for Damian/Abysmal Exorcist for some time. She acted as a double agent for Gwendolyn for some time; having been hired to kidnap Damian when he moved to Jump City, but falling for him soon after, she gave both sides information on each other until she chose the side of 'good' after Gwendolyn caught wind of her betrayal and sent her goons after her.

**Two characters these are based off of were once in this group till I removed them. There are Eight of these entities and while I'll be playing three of them, two of them being in the same host body; the other five(Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Pride, Envy) can be claimed with permission. More information will be provided if people want this plot to be put into effect.
Lesser Plotline
Gwendolyn corrupts five selected humans into four succubi and one incubi and name them after the four angels of sacred prostitution and the demon prince of lust. Each of the four women were saved by Gwendolyn and lived very shady lives centered around sex. This is why she chose them to be her goons; she was a goddess of sex and love and lust. These women were abused by sex and lust and she wanted to somehow make it up to them. Following Gwendolyn's death, Naamah left the Succubae Sisters, and Asmodeus was enslaved by the Abysmal Exorcist. The relatives Naamah and Asmoedus eventually ran off; it was not long will Naamah returned to a life of crime as the Siren.
Named after Lilith - Once a quite, small girl with glasses, she was abused by her boyfriend. She loved him, and although he beat her and forced her to make love to him, she still stayed with him. Gwendolyn felt sad for this unfortunate youth and made her a Succubi, the second one she made(first being Isheth). Lilith then returned to her home in a dominatrix outfit of Gwendolyn's, telling him that if he loved BDSM and a Sadist/Masochist relationship, he wouldn't mind she took charge for a change. The end result was him becoming her quite literal bitch, having him in a puppyplay outfit as revenge; he now is subject to her rule, aware of what is going on, but afraid and too mentally broken to deny any of her requests. Interestingly enough, this boyfriend of Lilith's name was Adam.
Named after Naamah - She has a pleasing voice which she uses to seduce people. She is a relative(Cousin, Sister or possibly
Named after Agrat Bat Mahlat - Simply called Agrat, rivals with Lilith, she can deceive with her voice and able to create illusions by touching someone, giving them perverted visions, making them useless for some time, comsuned with their lustful fantasies. Agrat was a prostitute who was about to be brutally killed killed by her pimp for not making enough money before Gwendolyn killed him by giving him orgasm after orgasm via touch; causing his nervous system to spasm. After foaming at the mouth, the pimp eventually started coughing blood and died rather violently.
Named after Eisheth Zenunim - Simply called Isheth, she has the ability to drain soul energy, thus nullifying their super powers or dulling their senses, thus causing deafness, muteness, numbness or blindness for a short amount of time; this also creates a loss of short term memory and messes with their coordination and balance. We know very little on how she became a succubus or how Gwendolyn saved her.
Named after Asmodeus - Called Asmoday at first, Asmodeus is a relative of Naamah. His skin turn black as night and is somewhat of the comical release in the group; he has a tendency to have phallus shaped object appear when he does his shadow manipulation. Asmodeus has an affinity over shadows as well as the ability to spawn demons made from his own soul. He eventually becomes a demon slave to the Abysmal Exorcist until he is freed by Naamah.
Funny you should mention Salem and demons... I won't take part in this plot but one of my current characters is the son of Azazel (a half demon born of a human mother impregnated by the demon about 500 years ago). He's at the Xavier Institute and he just warned Xavier about the perhaps visitation of demons on the world--although he didn't sound too concerned.

Ah, Demons...
The demons I speak of are Lovecraftian and created by the Outer Gods. Ya know, Cthulhu and such. But yes, demons none the less. And why would it be funny for Salem being mentioned? :3 Does it have any significance to your character?
This is the idea for a comic I plan to make for my first DeviantART project that is no school-related.
Do you draw? I'd love to see your DeviantART. ^-^ You know, favorite some of it. No, I'm totally unfamiliar.
My character isn't mine, he's from a book. But I thought it'd be interesting to introduce total demonic chaos on this universe and he seemed like the perfect guy to do it.
Salem just reminds me that Magnus spent allot of time being persecuted. He's the spawn of a demon so the Catholic Church didn't take too lightly to him. I don't think he'd ever been to Salem, it's too obvious of a place. I think he was in England at the time.
Anyway, I have a 1950's book on Witchcraft next to me. Thought it was a little ironic. ^^'
From the Entrance Hall: "There is one thing I haven't mentioned," said Magnus slowly after the handshake, "The glamour is fading and it's the lowest level of magic there is. Theoretically, the second lowest level is the wards. The wards keep demons out of our world by means of blocking the Nether dimensions. The last time the wards were completely low, the demons ate your dinosaurs and were only taken down by the great flood."
"It's probably not going to get that bad but if humans begin being eaten left and right, you know who to suspect."
In those books, a Warlocks like him, are named 'The Children of Lilith' quite generally. Even so, they have no attachment to their apparent mother as she frequents the Earth sometimes. They don't care, she wasn't the one to raise them but her face does appear. She with the snake eyes.
Magnus can exorcise demons and summon them but he can only do it on one condition as it's black magic and completely illegal without the consent of someone from the law.

THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS!
Naw, my DeviantART is new, made it literally two days ago. BloodyPawPrintsBPP. BPP is my name for like...EVERYTHING. Yesterday I made my BPP youtube channel and am heavily frightened someone I know, who I didn't tell, will see it. I sound British although I grew up in the Bay Area, California.
You didn't notice it was him before? Shame on you. And yeah, he's there, but not to mess up your plot. I just got really bored one day and he's a fun freak, not to mention the stop by depot for any of your magical, demonic needs.
Can you post a link?
Maybe it's just the T.A.R.D.I.S of your name that makes you sound so very British. ^^
Blood Bone and Muscle wrote: "You didn't notice it was him before? Shame on you.Can you post a link? And yeah, he's there, but not to mess up your plot. I just got really bored one day."
AAAAAH! I REMEMBER YOU! I talked to you about it(Your character)!
I just didn't know he was a child of Azazel(Supernatural, anyone?)! Azazel is a child of either Lilith or....Isheth? I know one of them was called the Mother of the Goat, and I BELIEVE that is a reference to him.
He is, Azazel is strapped to a rock in an alternate dimension. They summon him in one of the books. So as the sparkly son of the Prince of Hell (Satan's second in command), hopefully he won't run into Damian. I shudder to think of what would happen if he was mistaken for something to exorcise. He's not only the son of a demon, he's son of THE demon from Supernatural.
Despite having picked Magnus, I am a fairly serious roleplayer and I have no problem setting the character to a situation they weren't made to see. Developing people who aren't mine is fun, plus, most of your characters have something against lust-ridden men who punch hookers and he's currently dating a guy. So, I'm not so concerned.
Is it just me or is Damian actually Dylan O'Brian from Teen Wolf?
Blood Bone and Muscle wrote: "He is, Azazel is strapped to a rock in an alternate dimension. They summon him in one of the books. So as the sparkly son of the Prince of Hell (Satan's second in command), hopefully he won't run i..."Yes, Damian is Dylan, from the Internship. Damian isn't called the Abysmal Exorcist yet... Also he doesn't actually exorcise anything....or maybe he will, we shall see. He is a paradox akin to Spiderman, he named himself; telling people about the Abysmal Exorcist then using it when he introduced himself in costume.
Abymsal refers to the fact that he got his powers from the alien gods; the Abyss Between The Stars is a phrase that is very lovecraftian and I think he used it once or twice in his writings.
Exorcist because he deals with demons and other unholy or unnatural beings. He can summon and banish creatures, and some onlooks saw him banishing a summoned demon that gone AWOL, and processed it as him exorcising it.
Ah, you mean the Succubae Sisters? Yeah, well, their backgrounds fuel their powers. Although the three who stay after Gwen's fall lose all shreds of humanity, believing themselves to be the demons they were named after. BTW they are up for claims, want one, ask and she's yours. Same goes for the Arkham-Salem Cult members. Crystal Chase, however, is not mine, someone used by backstory for like five of their characters, it pissed me off but we were already deep into the RP so it was too late to do anything about it. But, I posted this thing asking if it was okay for me to use their characters in the comics, the person agreed, and in doing so gave me the right to manipulate their character's powers and backgrounds however I wish.
Blood Bone and Muscle wrote: "And the basic plot has allot to do with unlocking the dimensions around, yes?"Uh, yes. He is able to open a Gateway to the Outside, a realm that surrounds our universe and consists of around 21 planes of existence. It is where the creatures and gods he fights and summons hail from.
May I ask, that if you are ever to seal the gates again, to leave a tiny gap if the show's ever over? It's a token, a favour barely visible but it helps keep both worlds levelled.Naw, I gave up my urge to become a Succubi seven decades ago. XD

Both worlds' levelled? The Gates are always sealed unless someone opens them via ritual or Damian's powers.
Lol?
It's hard to explain. The 'Curse of Lilith' allows demons to enter the world. If every door is sealed, there would be no story for the Nephilim (I'm seeing it this way because I need to limit myself to what my character knows about the other realms--which is next to nothing, so that he can put words to what he doesn't understand and find terms for what is blatantly obvious to you. For them, the idea of realms is uncharted territory, like the existence of God.When they try to block the onslaught with wards, they are really blind to what exactly they're blocking).
I love how you've taken complete control of the technical side of the realms and making it your own. If it wasn't 2:53 in the morning, this would be a nice little chat.
Unfortuntately, this is where it ends. Thanks for the thought food. You have a very elaborate story going on. I wish I had the brain to fully appreciate just how well you've thought it through.

MANIAC ŧЋē ʙʀᴀɪɴɪᴀᴄ ⊛ⓣⓗⓘⓝⓖ ל⊛ wrote: "Why are lust and gluttony female while envy is male?"I don't think I said they were.
The idea for them is that the entities must possess a human host:
Lust and Wrath inhabit a females body(FC: Ksenia Solo)
Greed inhabits a male until possessing a blonde gold digger.
Despair and Pride are androgynous and can be in any gendered host.
Sloth, in my mind, is an overweight middle aged man, a similar appearance for Gluttony.
Envy is mostly female.
These things, called SIN's, all caps, have each a distinct manipulated voice and glowing eyecolor when in a host. when outside a host, they appear as black smoke.
Despair-Black? A bunch of husted, low, quickened whispers?
Pride-Purple High and mighty voice
Lust-Blue A sexual and seductive form of the host's voice
Wrath-Red A deep demonic voice
Greed-Yellow Like metal against metal
Envy-Green Undecided, possibly high pitched and distorted as if by some computer program
Sloth-Light Blue or Pink A slow, low voice that seems to dull the mind
Gluttony-Orange A deep and lo growling voice
Their symbols. Lust and gluttony are just the female symbol with horns or something on them and envy is the male symbol. Alright. You can possess Ragnarok once he gets back to earth with Dusty's next shipment.

OH, those are the symbols of the planets and sun and moon. The 'female with horns' is Mercury, the male is Mars and the female is Venus.
The possession thing....it's for new characters. I'm letting people ask for one of the SIN's, but we first need to do the storyline, I mean, if we are going to do it.

Just, a personal favourite. No matter the story, they'll always be the sins I envision. Sort of like when someone says wizard, you think of Harry Potter.
Hmmm, sweet Gluttony.

Dusty and Flame Goblin will have a melee goblin-off sometime during the final battle. The Flame Goblin will win and take Dusty's technology. He'll mostly be putting some of the glove stuff on his gloves. To be clear, that's
Shooting electricity from the index finger of the right glove
Shooting knockout gas from the index finger of the left glove
He'll also be taking and copying the designs of knockout gas pumpkin bombs and smoke bombs.
