Hello!

Post all your personal challenges and goals here, update us on your progress, and encourage eachother to reach your goals!

Please include:

1. How many books, from how many shelves, are going to be included in your personal challenge. For example, "Lina wants to read ten books from her bookshelf, ten from the library and ten new books in 2013" (yes I did just quote you Lina, you're famous now:D)

2. Remember to include what span of time the challenge will take place over, and when it will be complete.

Note: This thread is for your PERSONAL CHALLENGES only. There is a separate thread for any of you doing the 2013 Reading Challenge, which is a challenge to read a certain number of books in 2013.

ALSO>>>Thanks to Lina, for suggesting this!<<

Lina (booksnotlovers) I feel so honored to be quoted. I want to thank everyone and their dog for making this possible, it has always been my lifelong dream.

No, but seriously. Now this is actually happening, I'm getting kinda angsty. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CHALLENGE MYSLEF TO.

Okay. I know

10.000 pages in one year. I can do that. (and of course, I always try to read 50 books a year)

01. Shantaram - 944 pages
02. A Concise Chinese-English Dictionary for Lovers - 354 p
03. The Perks of Being a Wallflower - 213 p
04. The Catcher in the Rye - 230 p
05. To Kill a Mockingbird - 376 p
06. The Fault in Our Stars - 318 p
07. Looking for Alaska - 263 p
08. Death of a Salesman - 112 p
09. The Good Woman of Setzuan - 160 p
10. Anna and the French Kiss - 372 p
11. Will Grayson, Will Grayson - 352 p
12. An Abundance of Katherines - 272 p
13. Hamlet Prins av Danmark - 200 p
14. A Street Cat Named Bob: How One Man and His Cat Found Hope on the Streets - 279 p
15. Etiquette of an English Tea - 64 p
16. Flaggermusmannen - 339 p
17. Etiquette for Wine Lovers - 64 p
18. Kakerlakkene - 352 p
19. Betrayal - 144 p

= 5408
10.000 - 5408 = 4592 left.

So I'm over half-way. Add a thousand pages for Les Mis, 500 for the casual vacancy and 500 for the arabian nights and this is going splendind.

Now I have three different challenges going on though.
30 for my profile reading challenge
50 for my general reading challenge (since re-reads is a thing)
10.000 pages for this challenge.

I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO.

UPDATES
20. The Last Olympian - 403 pages

4592-403 = 4189

21. Getting Lucky - ebook, 65 pages

4189-65 =4124

22. Uglies

4124-425 = 3699

23. A Walk to Remember

3699-170 = 3529

24. Pretties

3529 - 348 = 3181

25. Specials

3181-350 = 2831
