Since you are a GoodReads & Tim O'Rourke Fans member, we can probably guess that you are also a book junkie. Does anyone also aspire to becomme a published author as well or do you write but only for your own personal enjoyment? I ask not to promote your writing (sorry), but because there is a great game I would love to post in the games section.

I write stories and poetry.

Not sure if I will take the 'plunge' , but if I do, it will be under a pen name.

Lisa, that is great. I write fiction and non-fiction. I used to write poetry but have not written anything in quite sometime.

Some of the things I would like to eventually publish will definitely have to be under a pen name because my family and church friends would be mortified. Hahahahaha

Are you planning to 'take the plunge' ?

I have 4 books, 2 book collaborations, and I'm working on a 5th novel now!

I totally understand...I have my reasons too. : )

While my sister and I were out shopping today I saw the most beautiful man who I would love to have on a cover. Heck, I came home and started writing about him. He is going to be in my next project for sure! As a matter of fact, I am thinking of scraping up some money and telling him I will pay him if he lets me take his photo and use him on my book cover. My sister thought I had lost my mind.

@Micky...that is how I feel with poetry. With the writing, it has always called me, but I tended to ignore it....Until this past year that is. I use to write lots of stories when I was younger . I recently started to write again. I am just trying to build confidence and knowledge....we shall see where it takes me. : )

Omg Lisa he was so beautiful. LOL...he could be a werewolf, vampire, werevamp (or whatever they're called). Dark hair, 5 o'clock shadow, hazel-green eyes with eyelashes women literally pay for. I think he was either Greek or Middle Eastern. Not quite sure. But get this, his name was Blayze. Is that not a more perfect fictional character's name? Now, that may not have been his real name, but it's what was on his badge.

Wow...I can't wait to read about him. Lol

Holy crap you need to find him again. I bet he would do it for free. My friend was in a bar last weekend and told a group of college guys that she was a writer and told one of them he'd make a good book cover and he literally whipped off his shirt and smiled and said, "Cheese!" LOL!!!!!

C.J. that is so funny about your friend and the guy at the bar. I am going to have to go back to his store and ask him. I can just see the cover now! Hahahaha

Oh! If you know where he works then you got him! Bring your camera - haha!
