What you could do for the demons: She is very powerful in a fight and can combine her bending as she battles to wreak deadly havoc.
How will they persuade you (threaten, persuade, bribe, other [please specify]): Say they know who killed Sekitan, the only person she's close to.
Why they want YOU (if it's obvious from the powers just say the obvious thing, e.g. werewolf: obviously brute strength. Strategist, strategy): She is the Avatar, and as such is very powerful in the ways of bending and taking on the Avatar state.

Where can we find you? Wherever. I haven't exactly RP'd her much.
What you could do for the demons: What with her power, Ramona has learned how to be extremely quiet. Not to mention she's very creative with her powers, and not always in the best of ways.
How will they persuade you: Ramona would best be recruited by simply appealing to her. She's a bit of a lone wolf. I guess the main way would be the way Magneto recruited his people; make her feel better than others. Why should those weak people have more power than herself?
Why they want YOU: Obvious stealth reasons. She could easily sneak past the Angels and into Hunter HQ if needed, as long as she didn't set off any alarms.
Are you evil already?: She has the capacity. Just a small push and she could probably torture kittens all day.

The where part was important to the finding portion of recruiting.

Like I said, wherever. I don't think I've RPd her once so you can just bring up a place and I'll drop her there.

I mean, do they all have to be the ones in the TV show, Supernatural? I'm working on a Demon but she's a type in Jennifer's Body {Movie} But I think I have to ask if those types are allowed before someone tells me when I'm finished so I'll be like "That lot of work for nothing?!" So I should know before I'm finished to delete her if she isn't allowed.

Well, I'm planning on running for el presidente (because eccentric people have a great shot at politics) and so I'll be going to a place with good law, political science, and writing majors.

I give you perks for pursuing politics. I could never ever do that.

I'm still deciding what I want to be. I thought I knew for awhile, but it's been extremely discouraged by both friends and family, but I think I'm going there anyway to piss them off. ;)

I'm sure you'll make it.

I want to go to CalARTS in California because I'd love to be an animator. But really just being involved with film or TV series really pleases me.
And honestly, I don't have any other talents? I mean, even in the art area I'm mediocre (I can at least improve that), but I don't have any other worthwhile, job-creating gifts.

You could make a decent living writing storylines for video games or TV series, if you don't come up with your own books.

That's another thing I'd like to do; write scripts. But my writing isn't anything to brag about. Like, I think I can come up with good plotlines, but I can't really translate them onto paper. That's why I like script writing and film and stuff. Also if I started with a small job, lots of times if you voice a good opinion in that business they'll let you onto the writing team for an episode or two. That's why I like that career path-- it varies so much. You'll never have the same job, and if you do, it's easy to change it if you're at a good spot. Heck, I could even become an actor if I got high enough.

Originally I wanted to work with video games, but I suck with computers and programmers get paid the most in the department.

How about the shoe store? It's at the bottom of the OUTSIDE folder. Or the weapons class. I've got Tesir or Darkness, Fredrick's demanding magic samples from a half-angel at the moment and Mammon and Death aren't killing Supers.

Powers: Werewolf Transformations
Where Can We Find You: Anywhere. He's actually trying to find a way to go against the hunters so he'll be looking in darker places. Maybe the alley?
What Can He Do For The Demons: Though Nate is a werewolf and it may be easier just to drain him of his powers and move on, he has some valuable skills. He's a good strategist and takes the time to make sure that everything is correct before moving on to the next step. He's technologically advanced (not literally) meaning he's good with technology and computers and things like that. And though it may or may not come in handy, he is an expert hacker and lock-picker. Things don't stay locked while Nate's around.
How Will They Persuade Him: It wouldn't be that hard actually. All they'd have to do was show up, tell him that he can join, he'll ask a few questions and then be set. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Why They Want You: Nate has a bone to pick with the hunters and will stop at nothing to take them down since he's starting to believe they murdered his loved ones. On top of his determination, he's pretty strong being a werewolf and would make a pretty good battle strategist. He's also a highly skilled techie.
Is He Evil Already: No, Nate's not evil but he's teetering on the edge of it. He's still human - he'll have doubts and regrets - but he's going to learn to block those out. With a little bit of practice and encouragement, he's the perfect candidate.

Technologically advanced?
Excellent, we need someone to coordinate Death's troops. Mammon will see him and tell him to report to Zaroonex.
