who else is excited to see what we're going to learn about Aspen? part of me wonders if there's a back story there that we don't know about and part of me wonders if he's just regretting his choice to be prideful and give up America.

too bad we have to wait until February to get a taste of it, but i'm excited!

i just read it, and now i can sort of stand Aspen. It was pretty good.

In my opinion just shows how wrong Aspen is about America's feelings,and he is so obsessed with her. And he really think that Maxon is a dumb,its better he revalute his mind!!

Aspen does seem to have a closed mind set about people, although I sort of get why he acts like that now.

He had a tough life, and he has always seen power getting what it wants. I didn't hated him like most of the people but now I like him alot. He really loves america although he made a bad choice at start

i wish that i could say that i like him more, but i don't. i think that he's a nice guy and has good intentions, but he's not right for America -and i'm seeing this more and more. I think that he would make a great husband, but not hers, maybe Lucy though. they get on really well.

I'm really hoping he gets with Lucy in The One and him and America stop all this back and forth nonsense. I feel like every time America goes back to Aspen she's not doing it for the right reasons (because she's confused about Maxon more than that she actually wants to be with Aspen). I really wanted to strangle Aspen in this novella but I ultimately don't think he's a bad person. He deserves to be able to move on with someone else and Lucy is really sweet.
