I might be seriously behind on the boy stuff maybe or are u suppose to be clueless ok so on page 158 after the ball and Zach lies to Tina:
"Besides" Zach said as he smiled and wiped sweat from hos upper lip with the back of his hand "I thought you liked your interludes secret and mysterious. Your boyfriends private"
"We weren't having an interlude. And you are not my boyfriend" (Cammie)
"Yeah" He hit the bag harder "I noticed"
"Whats that supposed to mean?"(Cammie)
Zach stopped. The bag swung back and forth, keeping time as he shook his head and said, "Your the Gallagher Girl. You figure it out"


I cant deal with this anymore SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS !!!

I totally forgot about this. Maybe he was mad that Cammie made it obvious they weren't together and Cammie is too oblivious that Zach likes her. I'm not sure but that's my guess.

I think it just means that Zach wants Cammie to be his girlfriend. Or am I totally making that up?

I don't think u r making it up.........but I think the author did it on purpose so it could have lots of meanings and we r supposed to fill in the blanks

I think what he meant was..."Yeah, it's pretty obvious that you don't like me at all. Much less the way I like you."

ok, my interpretation of the whole paragraph:
Zach: "Besides, i thought you wanted me to be your secret boyfriend"
Cammie: "Urm, you aren't my boyfriend."
Zach: "Yeah, but i want it to be like that"
Cammie: "Huh?"
Zach: "Dont act as though you dont know, i want you to forget about Josh and be with me"

ok that should do it

Duh it means that He wants to be and read the next few books and it all becomes clear plus way better pair

Maria is totally right. Zach wants Cammie to recognize that he likes her and he wants Cammie to feel the same way. But Cammie keeps putting her feelings aside and is she is really confused. Cammie is too oblivious to all of this because she has never really come in contact with a boy spy. Zach hides his feeling really well. Bottom line is Zach wants to be Cammie's boyfriend.
