Dorms
Kaelin bit her pencil as she tried to figure out the math problem on her paper, it wasn't like she was really going to need to know how to multiply now that the world had ended.
Elizabeth looked around." Kaelin?"
Elizabeth opened the door." Hey. Your brother wanted me to give this to you." She held out the letter.
" Your welcome." Elizabeth smiled." Hey. Do you want to see him? His by the gate. I could take you."
"Could you? Your the best Lizzy!" Kaelin left her math homework on her bed and ran to take Elizabeth's hand.
Elizabeth smiled. It was so cute when the little kids called her that. She took Kaelin's hand, and teleported to the border, then to the other side of the gate." Here we are."
Hey! Just thought we would take some time out of our very busy and important lives to say hi to our little sister! We miss you and can't wait to see you again. (Oh and Keda says hi too!) How have things been going there? Have you been doing your math homework like a good little girl? Well you shouldn't. Math is totally worthless here in the new world (Just don't tell your teacher we said that) We are looking forward to your response. Just put it in an evelope with our names and give it to Samantha. She will know what to do with it. We love you and don't forget that!
~ Kian and Kenner
Kaelin smiled at the letter and decided she would write back right away. They were right, she didn't need math. She ran to the school to find some paper.

"Hey!" Kaelin smiled at the older girl. She loved it when the older girls came to talk to her. "I'm working on my math homework. We are learning how to do long division and it is really hard."
"Here let me help." Denessa said sitting down on the bed next to Kaelin. She grabbed the paper from her and looked at it.
Adrianne leaned against the door way and watched Denessa helping Kaelin, "Denessa stop torturing the poor girl." She said teasingly.
Kaelin shook her head "Math and fun don't belong in the same sentence Denessa." She looked over at Adrianne crying for help, she mouthed help please.
Adrianne laughed. "Come on Denessa." She said grabbing the girls hands. "Let's leave the poor girl alone to have fun or do anything but math."
Adrianne laughed. "Come on Denessa." She said grabbing the girls hands. "Let's leave the poor girl alone to have fun or do anything but math."
"Fine," Denessa muttered standing up and walking towards the door but turning back "Kaelin you are going to have to learn this stuff at some point you know.."
"Ya, I know." Kaelin smiled, just happy to be saved from learning math.
Adrianne dragged Denessa out of the room.
Kaelin ran over to her dresser and grabbed the paper she had gotten from the school earlier.

"Sometimes I think you are trying to stop everybody from learning." Denessa said brushing a loose hair out of her face.
"Nope, just you. You deserve a break every once in a while. You can't learn everything." Adrianne said laughing and dragging Denessa down the hall towards the door.
"Learning is my break, and I know I can't learn everything but I can learn as much as I can." Denessa explained as she let Adrianne pull her out the door "Where are we going anyway?"
"We are going to go beat each other up like normal kids." Adrianne laughed and started running towards the training arena, Denessa in tow.
"Adrianne, you know fighting for sport is impractical when you are never going to need it and I can just turn to rock if I need to defend myself." Denessa explained, she had said this all before, why wasn't Adrianne getting it? Fighting was an impractical waste of time.
"Denessa, impractical wastes of time are fun. And you need some fun in your life. So we are going to go hit each other, and maybe shoot a few arrows and totally miss the targets, and then we will practice the whole turning into a pebble thing so it won't be a complete waste of time." Adrianne explained in one big breath as they reached the doors to the training arena.
Juliet went inside the dorm to get away from people. She knew Dom thought she was shy and some didn't know her at all. Shawn kept telling her to meet people but she was too scared that she would loose them. She climbed into her bunk and kept reading.
((Juliet...))
Adrianne ran into the dorms at top speed, then glanced at her watch and realized in her panic she had read it wrong. She still had an hour before she had to tutor someone. Dang it. she thought. Oh well, I'll just see who else is around to hang out with.

Denessa easily found her way to Adrianne's room. She had her own but she liked hanging out with Adrianne so she had been practically living in Adrianne's room for the past week or so. She plopped down on the extra bed she now thought of as hers and picked up the book she had left there. She liked being alone to read sometimes.
Juliet noticed the two people come in but she didn't pay attention to them. She continued reading.
Adrianne decided to go see what Kaelin was doing since nobody else seemed interested in talking to her. She walked down the hall to the little girls room and opened the door.
Samantha stumbled as she appeared in her and Lizzy's room.
Dinner
Dinner
Lizzy caught her." Let's go. Don't want to be late for dinner."
Juliet heard and went to dinner.
Adrianne walked into her room and collapsed on her bed. She then realized she was still in her clothes from today which had been jeans and an oversized T-shirt. "Meh." She let out a sound of exasperation. She just took the jeans off and threw them in the corner, she didn't really feel like changing into pajamas.
"Cute," Denessa smirked walking into Adrianne's room. She made her way over to the extra bed and sat on it. She was wearing some sweats and a tank-top.
"It's my room, I don't have to wear pants if I don't want to." Adrianne said sticking out her tongue.
Denessa stuck her tongue out too before lying down in bed and pulling the blanket over herself. "Technically it's our room since I don't actually use my room..."
"No it's still my room." Adrianne said climbing into bed as well "Just because you don't use you room doesn't mean you can claim mine."
"You mean you don't want to share with me? I can go back to my own room if that's what you want." Denessa said teasingly.
"Don't you dare." Adrianne said yawning, it was barely even dusk and she was already tired, she needed to work out more often.
Denessa laughed and got out of bed, she walked over and sat on Adrianne's bed, stroking her hair with her hand "Rock a bye baby on the tree tops..." She sang the song she had heard back in her childhood.
"You really do have the voice of an angel, I wasn't exaggerating earlier." Adrianne smiled as her eyelids dropped.
Kaelin had heard a noise coming from outside as she was trying to go to bed. If Kenner and Kian were here they would have told her what it was and helped her go back to sleep, but they weren't down the hall anymore. She decided to go see Adrianne, Adrianne had babysat her a lot back before everything happened because they had been neighbors. She got up and went down the hall to Adrianne's door, she knocked on it.

Denessa heard the knocking and got up to answer the door, outside she saw Kaelin in a little night gown "Hey Kaelin."
Adrianne fell asleep.
"Hello Denessa, is Adrianne here? I heard a noise outside and I thought maybe I should sleep here tonight just in case so I could help her if a beast attacker or something." Kaelin said staring at the floor blanket in hand and pillow in the other.

"That's funny because I had the same thought. I'm glad your here because she needs all the help she can get." Denessa opened the door wider "Come on in, although I'm afraid Adrianne's asleep."
"That's okay," Kaelin said entering the room, "Where should I sleep?" She asked noticing Denessa's stuff all over the empty bed. "You sleep here often don't you?"

This dorm was built after the world ended, so it is in much better shape them a lot of buildings. It has fifty rooms, two people to each. Though it's more likely that there are empty dorms, and people with their own room.
