I've only read Mieville, so no idea about the others. Since you've read PSS, you can go ahead with The Scar and Iron Council...

I haven't read any of the above mentioned authors though The Shadow of the Torturer is on my TBR shelf.
You can read Tigana. To me its the best standalone fantasy novel of all time and seriously this book made me think that J.R.R. Tolkien a little overhyped.
