I haven't read them, but Jeff VanderMeer, K. J. Bishop and Steph Swainston are prominent New Weird authors.I've only read Mieville, so no idea about the others. Since you've read PSS, you can go ahead with The Scar and Iron Council...
Swainston is fantastic. The Castle series is brilliant and weird enough that China Mieville professes his adoration of the books. Definitely give them a go!
Hi.
I haven't read any of the above mentioned authors though The Shadow of the Torturer is on my TBR shelf.
You can read Tigana. To me its the best standalone fantasy novel of all time and seriously this book made me think that J.R.R. Tolkien a little overhyped.

The books I'm talking about (among others less prominent) are:
The Quantum Thief
Nine Princes in Amber
The Shadow of the Torturer
Jack of Shadows
Perdido Street Station
Titus Groan
My recommendations shelf is getting redundant and I'm about to get very hopeless regarding fresh books on the subject.
Any help would be appreciated (minus the authors I've already mentioned).
