A short 3 books series starting with this one - originally released late 70's. Dubbed the first Tartan Noir book, and supposedly an inspiration for other Scottish crime fiction writers who followed him...ie Rankin. Anyone read it? I got to it last year and loved it, I'd be interested to see if anyone else has got an opinion. I need to read the other 2 in the series.
