"On page 15, she keeps saying mosque in the maryam story when it's a temple. this is what i find so annoying about diaspora muslim kids, their knowledge about islam is so excessively chauvinistic. it's not their fault, i understand that. but c'mon, this is a published memoir, do some fact checking, jesus (could this be a pun?)!" — Apr 08, 2026 10:31AM
