I haven't really decided against people using Fleet admiral - Commodore, but I'd rather not have characters that control things like armies and the Buster call and such, so I'd rather see you aim no higher then Captain (for now)

Sure but not strong Haki, like you can't knock another persons character out, but you can knock their Npc crew out, just remember to add some weaknesses, nobody's perfect
