Her restrictive childhood bred dreams of being able to spit on anyone who disrespected her or openly defy them. These aspirations probably are what led her to be a pirate in the first place. She loves to drink and gets drunk often, though if something serious were to happen she sobers up quickly. She loves her crew and would do anything for them and they feel the same. Her loyalty is the most likely cause of her downfall because if a member of her crew were to be captured she would gladly give herself up.
History: Originally from the South Blue she was known as Lucille Castanove. After being fed a Devils Fruit she was sold as a slave to a noble in the Bliss Kingdom. She was used as a cheap way to melt his gold so it could be reshaped into jewelry, statues, etc. Eventually a pirate came to steal the noble's gold (he was quite wealthy even by Bliss Kingdom standards) and Luce blackmailed him into helping her escape. She made it out of the kingdom and traveled to a different Ocean where no one would know her. She changed her name and started up her own pirate crew.
Family: Sister~ Nelly (Aged 27). Nelly was her caretaker after their parents died, leaving them on their own. She was bitter and jaded and almost cruel to Luce as a child, blaming her for their parents' deaths. Luce has suspicions that it was Nelly who sold her to the man who fed her the Devils Fruit but can't prove it. After she was made a slave she never saw her sister again.

Appearance: Long wavy light red hair (so light it almost looks like orange or pink), blue eyes, fuller face, and small lips.
Personality: She is a rather creative person; she likes painting, sculpting, and sketching. She is not a fan of the noble way of life, causing her to be rather rebellious and strong willed against her mother. She’s not the best at cooking, but if you like burnt eggs then she’s your girl. She can be angered rather easily and can verbally stand up for herself, but she also has a calm and gentle side.

History: Ever since she was born she has been surrounded by servants who handed to her family’s every whim. She never liked the thought of being served, she often tried to do things on her own, but her mother would never have that.
When she was only enough to have her own room she was given one that had a veranda that looked out to the ocean. She instantly fell in love and dreamed of being in the water some day.
When she over hear her father speaking with a man about pirates she asked her maid about them and decided some day she would become one.
On her 16th birthday her mother organized a ball for her to meet bachelors. She was not overly pleased with the idea, but was forced to dance and socialize with every young man who wished this of her.
By the end of the night she had decided she would no longer tolerate her mother and packed what she could to leave.

Mama~ A woman with long dull brown hair and slight wrinkles. She is a rather bidder woman who wants all her children to marry wealthy.
3 elder half sisters- She never new her older sisters since they were married off when she was very younger. Her mother often compares her to them and seams to write to them every day.
Papa~ A man with short grey hair and many wrinkles. He had married three times before he married her mother. She is the only daughter he has ever had. He doesn't see her much, but when he does he shows her love and affection.
Older brother (Collin)- Collin is a lot like his mother and is his father's 13th son. He is spoiled by their mother and is by far the favorite. There is only a 10month difference between the two of them.

Personality: Nero is strong willed and proud, he will never back down from a fight no matter how bad it looks, however he is very intelligent and can see a situation like this from miles off, although he would never back away himself he always offers his crew the chance to back out.
History: since he was little Zero had always wanted to be a marine, he grew up in the Lawless West Blue and learnt how bad live can be without order, he has never disobeyed an order and never would, he is known for being a good swimmer and has earned the nickname 'Captain Sea Stone', this nickname has been used to refer to his attitude as a strong willed marine and his chain made of Sea Stone.

Personality: Link is a laid-back guy who can rarely be seen angry, he takes everything one day at a time and never thinks of the future, he is commonly seen as impulsive and reckless. Link has lived almost his whole life on his own, he has learnt out to cook a lot with very little and how to defend himself when in danger, he tends to make idiotic moves that get him in trouble and wears his slave mark with pride, he thinks of it as a memory that should not be forgotten, he is happy most of the time and tries to enjoy life as much as he can.
History: Link was born in West Blue, when he was younger then five, a group of pirates came to his village, they killed all who were useless to them and bound those who were usable as slaves, Link and his family were taken on board their pirate ship and labeled as slaves, however his elder brother was taken on-board a different ship never to be heard from again.
After a living his new life for a year or two the pirates that had become his master realized they were in trouble, they'd gained a bounty after finding a devil's fruit and were now being hunted... as a solution to their problems they forced Link to eat the fruit and soon after they gave him to the celestial dragons in exchange for their freedom from the world governments watchful eye, and so began the next part of Link's life, now separated from his family and fellow villagers, he began his harder life as a celestial dragon's slave.
However Link managed to escape, his owner was taking a walk through a city in the South Blue, the world noble was distracted by a group that refused to show they're inferiority and Link took his chances along with three others. After his escape he was sentenced to death and hunted for years, he could never truly gain a normal life because they hunted him and because of his slave mark, so he decided to be a thief and get revenge on the nobles around the world by stealing what they had and giving it to others.

Parents: Both his parents were taken when he was young, a group of pirates came to his village in an attempt to find some slaves to sell, after the pirates killed an sold people he was taken with his parents, but he escaped and never saw them again. (siblings open for anyone who wants it)

Appearance:
Personality: A natural leader, Drac keeps morale up by being relaxed, but in control. He enjoys laughing with his crew, hanging around the ship when there isn't much to be done, and participating generally in the merry-making. When there's something threating his crew, though, he keeps a level head and destroys it quickly and efficiently.
History: When he and his brother's village was attacked, he tried to fight, and was beaten severely, catching his first TRUE sight of blood when he was slashed in the shoulder by a cutlass. He was shipped to a slave-trader in the West Blue, where he found a devil fruit in his home, just a few miles away from where he was originally taken. He killed the man by using his own blood to crush his heart. He now travels the seas looking for companionship.

Linko D. Zeno: He has no idea that his younger brother is alive, and assumes him deceased. If he isn't, he'll be very surprised. Not a good surprise, seeing as how he'd be forced to fight him do to the law of their relationship.

She is a very focused person and sometimes a bit paranoid but her heart is in the right place when it comes to her crew mates and friends. She also hates anyone who refuses to fight without good reason and cowards.
History: Raven was raised by ruthless bandits, it's where her questionable morals came from. They were honorable thieves but not above killing to get what they wanted it. One day they were raided by marines and most were killed. Only a handful survived, including Raven. Raven vowed revenge against those who killed her friends and became a pirate, knowing that pirates irritated marines more than simple thieves or bandits.
She met Drac as he was assembling a crew and was drawn to his personality. When he asked her to be his first mate she accepted.

Personality: Helga is a strong willed independent woman, her behavior can change dramatically at random, she could he overly aggressive one moment, throwing things at you in a basic attempt to kill you and the next second she could become overly friendly, getting to close and making you uncomfortable. Helga is very direct and takes orders from no one, if she doesn't like you she will kick you out of her Inn and if she hates you, just run...
History: Helga grew up in the South Blue, South Blue is the most well-faring out of all the Blues, with the highest quality of life for its inhabitants. It has a good balance of forces, with roughly equal and relatively peaceful control between the World Government, Pirates, and civilians. This let her live a peaceful life, however like most common folk she has a hate/fear of royalty but as one who was raised on the festival island, Kampai Island, she has grown to be a joyous party loving person like most of Kampai Islands inhabitants.

Personality: Dax is loud and full of energy aboard the ship, but thats only his outer layer. Outside the crew and on the job, he is deadly quiet, only talking when absolutely necessary. Very aggressive in a fight, and not too much of a hot head, Dax enjoys a good fight but can talk his way out of one just as easily as he can talk himself into one.
History: Dax was born in West Blue, but was stolen away from his parents by the marines and was taken to train with them. He quickly grew to hate the marines for taking him away. He managed to sneak out of the base and found out that he was in East Blue. In his outrage he trained himself to use various weapons and taught himself many techniques in swordsmanship and engineering. He soon after met Luce and joined her crew. He now goes across the sea as a pirate.
Family: Dax is the lost brother of Raven Gladstow. He doesn't remember her name or appearance,only remembering that he had a sister. He hopes to somehow find her during his adventures
Other: Likes to work on small engineering projects in his free time. Learned many sword fighting techniques as well as martial arts in his time in the Marines. Secretly has a crush on his captain.

Her and her three sisters. Aura is the red-head.
Personality: Aura is the youngest out of all four sisters. Some would say she is also the most vocally talented. And while it is true that her voice sounds angelic, she struggles with instruments that her sisters use easily. The sisters are close enough in age that people wouldn't even know that they were sisters, just think that they were very close friends and Aura loves that. She keeps to herself a lot, and doesn't like expressing her feelings.
History: Aura is the youngest sister in her family. Their mother passed away with her birth, but no one ever resented or blamed Aura for that. Their father passed away two years ago, when Aura was fourteen. She took it the hardest. They still live in that house and play their music as a band together and by themselves to get money.

Aurora actually does look older than what she is. Nobody knows why… Her stubborn, messy brown hair and bangs that fall over unevenly over her forehead give her a ragged look. Jack often wears her hair up inside a hat for disguise- the only reason she was taken into the pirate crew was because she was a boy…
She wears crew clothes- nothing special. A cloak on expeditions, with a white shirt and long brown pants no matter what the weather. And she never takes her hat off- not even for sleeping. It's way too risky otherwise. She fears that if her true identity is revealed she'll be thrown out of the crew and end up like before.

Aurora is a headstrong, bold girl who will stand up for anything she values. However, although she tends to make herself noticeable in fights, this pretty much only happens on land, when she's not with pirates. On board she keeps to herself, does as she is told, and speaks little and avoids any sort of contact with her 'fellow' pirates. She's brave, daring, and loves a good wind... and adventure. She sometimes has a snippish mouth but otherwise remains so quiet and reserved she could walk right underneath your nose and you wouldn't notice. She doesn't trust love, so wants nothing to do with it. In her opinion, it cripples people and makes them do things no sane person would.

Aurora was born to a poor blacksmith and his wife. When Aurora was still an infant, her mother died, placing her entirely in her father's care. She ate little as a child, for she did not need much, and was not expensive to keep. Marcus loved his daughter, and she grew up in a forge, learning fencing after closing hours and how to forge horseshoes and knives.
But as much as he loved her, Marcus Night had to let her go. He sold his only daughter to his rotten, pampered, and rich sister in the hope she would care for his daughter. With concealed tears and a breaking heart, he accepted his sister's money in exchange for Aurora. She has never forgiven him- needless to say, she has never seen him since. But the memory is fresh, even though it was 6 years ago.
Her aunt was no lady- not towards her niece, anyways. Her husband, 'Uncle Daiard,' was a drunkard who spent most of his money on sleeping elsewhere, as well as alcohol. And when he came back home, he'd wake up Aurora with savage kicks, violent (death)threats, and would tell her to run off on a ridiculously long errand, or to do the chores. She missed her father every day, and somehow hoped he would come. Now, she hates him for what he did. But she clung onto hope, and whenever there was a ring at the doorbell she'd hope it was him....
"Is that you? Papa, is that you? Is it him, Aunt Abigail? Has he come to take me home?"
But he never came. She was severely abused, frightened, and mocked my her aunt and uncle for five years, until she decided she had had enough of them.She faked a suicide note (which was then passed onto her mourning father, who believes her to be dead) and waited for the opportunity to escape, then packed what little she owned- which was, in truth, only a music box, a gift from her long-gone mother, and fled to the docks. There she earned herself a meagre living for six months, before she heard about the pirate business. She dressed up as a boy, concealing her identity well, and earned herself a job as a deckhand. It's a tough life, full of hard work and muck and blisters and pain, and a world without friendship love, or family, but sailing the high seas and imagining sights of faraway lands is enough to cover up for the hard work.
She's been with the pirates for a solid 6 and a half months, and likes it so far.

Appearance: While tall and muscular, he had green eyes and brown hair, Zeo wears a tattered singlet under a brown vest, he wears a green belt with light grey trousers. other then that he ears a black fingerless glove on his right hand and a red armored glove with a golden trim on his left hand, he also wears a white scarf around his neck that tends to flutter behind him.
Personality: Zeo has a stern, serious, and distanced personality, he often reacts in a goofy and exaggerated comic style due to his short-tempered and impatient attitude. On a ship, he normally either trains with weights or sleeps. The only work he is seen doing regularly is hoisting the anchor using his great strength and maintaining look out in the ships crow's nest. He also likes sake, but he never gets drunk due to his inhumanly-high endurance and tolerance for alcohol. Another notable trait is his lack of orientation, as Zeo often gets lost, even in small, familiar spaces or when being led by someone. Despite this, he is often the first to sense an enemy or danger, and the first to react. He is often displayed being well aware of dangerous situations and people around him.
History: Zeo was born on a small island known as Karate Island, on this island everyone knew karate and most entered into competitions and tournaments half the year to prove they were the best while training the other half to become the best. Zeo however was born to the main weapon smith on the island, his family were the best at what they did, they made weapons of all kinds and from a very young age Zeo was taught the trade. However out of all the different weapons they made, the only one to interest Zeo were the swords, he began training with them since he could lift one and ever since he has dedicated his life to becoming the worlds best Swordsman.
When he was little his mother left him, he never knew why and nor did he realize that she was pregnant with another child, his sister Arya, but even though his mother abandoned him you'd think that his father would have been abandoned too, but no. his father left on a regular basis to go live with his mother, although his father did come back now and then to check on Zeo, make sure he was fed, had water and kept up the family name but maintaining the upkeep on the forge and keeping all the orders going through smoothly.

Arya was born on Karate Island, very much like her older brother, Zeo. In fact, she was born 8 years after him. But by then, her father was gone, and so was Zeo. Her mother gave her daughter away to a lowly but humble farmer and his wife.
Arya grew up as a farm girl- indeed, she spent much of her time nicking apples from orchards, riding horses, playing in the barn, and being an unruly child.
It was at the age of ten that she found out she had a brother. Deciding to question her 'parents' about it, she brought the matter up but was refused answers. So she left. Just like that.
She heard his name. Zeo. Zeo Kawashima. That he was a feared and skilled swordsman. And that he didn't know her. He was leaving on a ship… And that's where Arya is right now. An eleven year old little girl, hiding like a cat behind the barrels of rum in the hull of the ship her brother walks upon, waiting for the right time to pounce… or be discovered.

She's tall and athletically toned and muscular, so she's strong, fast, and agile. She's tan from being outside on a Ship all the time, and her skin is usually slightly red, as if wind burned. She wears tall black boots nearly to her knees, and a black dress that goes down just below her knees. It's cut high on one side, and the skirt curves up on the one side to her waist and white leggings underneath. She wears a wide belt with a sheath for her sword, and the dress has long, flowing sleeves that's held to her shoulders by thin belts. She has a black corset that's snug against her body, though it's just to add to the scary pirate feel of everything. Her eyes and blue grey, the color of the ocean during a storm when she's upset or feels another high emotion, and calms to an ocean blue with a hint of grey when she's normal. She's missing one eye, and wears an eye patch to cover it.

She doesn't let herself get close to other people, and she's fiercely protective of those she does. She's quietly deadly stony those she doesn't know, and carries herself as a predator, a smooth, slinking stalking movement like a predatory cat. She's smart and loved using her smarts and outwitting people.

Her father had wanted a boy, but he raised Khaleesa as a son. She learned to fight like a boy, throw a punch better than any of the boys in town, and she was an expert sword fighter by the time she was 15. But her parents were taken by pirates that year. She remembered what ship it was, and when they came in to port next, she stowed aboard, planning revenge. But they found her immediately, but didn't let on until they were in the middle of the ocean. They had planned to torment the girl like they had her parents, then kill them, like they had her parents, but they were amused by the little spitfire and kept her aboard as a stewardess for amusement. It was much to their surprise when, a year later, she slew the captain and declared herself the new captain. She enjoyed the freedom of the sea; she didn't have to act like a boy, and the crew had never been mean to her just teasing. Only one challenged her, and after a duel to the death where she killed him and only lost her eye, they respected her as leader.

Personality: Lilith is modest and kind in general, even with all her accomplishments she doesn't feel as though she's done much due to her parents disapproval. Although this is her in general, when it comes to her in person, she can be very flirtatious and comical, Lilith thrives on making others uncomfortable as she feels it makes people closer friends.
History: As a resident of Karate Island Lilith knew how to fight almost before she could speak. Lilith's parents were also always champions when it came to the tournaments and fighting contests, so rather then a normal loving family they both became strict instructors teaching Lilith to fight and to win. Around when Lilith turned six he parents began being defeated by another competitor by the name of Zeo Kawashima, they became enraged and took it out on their daughter making sure she became a better and better fighter. Not long after it was time for her to take up a specific fighting skill and due to her speed and agility she chose to learn fencing. Ten years later and she now holds the championship without a single loss in recent rounds, however her parents were still not impressed as Zeo Kawashima had left the island denying them of any vengeance through their daughter. Now her parents are kicking her out in the hopes that she will chase down this Zeo Kawashima and bring back news of her victory.

When Dawn was born, their Father died soon after, and their mother decided to settle down. They were well off at first, until someone broke into their home and stole all their gold. Furious and desperate for a way to support the family, Sol and Eve quickly learned the tricks of the thief trade as well, and they were really good at it. By this time they were 15 and Dawn was 9, and their mother died. They were soon homeless, but they ate fairly well and were pretty warm due to the Twins's skills. When she was old enough, they taught Dawn the tricks they had learned, and she soon became an even better thief then they were. It was when Sol and Eve were 19 and Dawn was 13 that they accidentally stole from the wrong people. These people caught all three of them and sold them to a hard crew of pirates, who quickly turned them into slaves. They were separated, but Sol escaped quickly and rescued Eve before she was sold off, and then they went to rescue Dawn. But it was too late. She had already been sold. They haven't stopped searching for her since.

She doesn't usually take it too far on a personal level but she will use others indiscriminately if doing so benefits her overall plans. When she's simply Aria she is playful and doesn't take much seriously, she's been compared to a cat often and shares many characteristics with one. When she acts as Hades though she is nearly always serious and blatantly calculating. Life means little to her in the grand scheme of things and she would just as soon manipulate a man into a fatal situation as she would save another. She does try to keep casualties to a minimum but at the same time she gives her network high discretion and a lot of freedom, wanting to maintain the lawless nature of the West Blue.
History: Aria was raised among pirates on The Undertaker, run by the fearsome Captain Hades and his crew. True they were quite fearsome but in reality they were a bunch of drunken idiots most of the time. They didn't care much about fame or money, they just chafed under too many rules and liked the idea of being called pirates. Aria, Hades' daughter learned the ropes from them but had much more ambition than her father. After taking over her father's ship and taking on his name she became a pirate queen, commanding loyalty from numerous pirate ships and manipulating each of them into a position beneath her. Since she allows them so much freedom and has quelled any sounds of discontent her power has grown immensely and loyalties to her remain absolute.
Every so often she has to get away from all the pirate stuff. That's when she picks a random island and goes around as Aria, stirring up mischief and generally getting into trouble. Especially when marines are involved.
Family: Former Captain Hades (father, aged 49)~ The former Hades is and was a large man with a fearsome presence, though he was an excellent pirate captain in his daughter's opinion his scope was always too small. He had the potential for so much more.
