We should do something fun to make this group more active again. And not just the fun and games section, but the book talk section... Maybe a contest. Who can read the most books through october? The winner gets love and glory.

Yeah that's a good idea; the group's been really slow lately.

Also, maybe we should do a buddy read?

Yeah, maybe. But for me it's hard to find books otjer people want to read as well. Maybe have a second group read, so people can choose what they want to read (or if they want to read both)

yeah there was a poll and most people said they wanted 2 Botms, so next month we're gonna start having two.

Hey a while ago someone suggested we do a "life help" fodler. What do you guys think about this?

I like it. But we need to establish that it's a teen group sort of. Not anything too graphic. And we need to find websites we can refer them too if there is anything we don't have the competance to answer. And openness is important.

Yeah those are all good points. Maybe we should have all the websites compiled into one thread titled "Directory"? Or we could post websites in every new thread for that folder, like if we had a thread titled "Body Image" we could post reference websites in that thread? We should def have a thread of specific rules for that folder though.

Yes. I think the most important is to not judge anyone though. And that should be like the headline or something

Any of you have any ideas for our October reading challenge?

Read at least one non-fiction book? Maybe that'll help me through my curriculum (which I don't even know how to spell).

Or read something Halloween-themed and scary? Or something fluffy to compensate for all the other group reads being all scaary

Could we have a topic where people can post pictures of their bookshelves and hauls and stuff? Because I love to show off my books, and I bet other people do the same.
