This was my all time favorite book back in high school. I would read it I over and I over again! I can't explain what I loved about it but the personal struggles of characters was just something you don't see a lot in literature these days. Maybe that is what I loved about it.
I read this book a few years ago and DID NOT like it. However, it was assigned to me as an English reading book in school last year. I think that this book is the type of novel which needs a full-scale explanation and discussion for one to fully comprehend it. Therefore, I have changed my opinion of the book since I first read it-and have changed my review from one star to two.
