I adore Hilari Bell! She writes a lot of great books, from modern, to sci-fi, to medieval. She always puts a great whimsical feel into each of her books, and the character interaction is just great! If you ever want to read a book where the main character are two boys and a girl and there's NO CONFUSING LOVE TRIANGLE read fall of a kingdom :) (then again one of the boys is the girls half sister so that could be why XD don't worry, that wasn't a spoiler it's like the first thing she tell you). My absolute favorites are the knight and rogue series, they have great interaction between two friends, they can be serious and fall-out-of-your-chair hilarious at the same time!

I adore her! They're so funny and the plots are great! I've read knight and rogue two times, and I read them one more time recently and I was still surprised by some things that happened XD
