I want to get the third one, but I'm so far behind in my reading, I'll probably have a list of Spider books before I get to them.
Is One Grave at a Time near the end of the Bones/Cat series? She's finishing that series, isn't she?
Midu, did you like Miss Marple?? She's one of my favorites. Cefa, Are Irish mysteries cozies, like Agatha Christie? Or are they just set in Ireland? Which sounds lovely, in and of itself.
Judith, I am almost finished
and loving it. I will have my review up in a couple of days. Loving me some gargoyle, Damian. Who knew a gargoyle could be so yummy?

I do! I get how some people might not like her but so far, I have.

Thanks, Leigh! I sure enjoyed writing Damian. Found out I have a thing for strong heroes carved out of marble:) But then, I was pretty fond of Andre, too--a werewolf who cooks. It worked for me:)Glad you like Miss Marple, Midu! It's hard to beat Agatha Christie's puzzles. She totally fooled me with The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. (I think that was Poirot).
John's brother is getting here tonight and staying for a few days, and Robyn comes on Friday. No reading for me for a minute. Hope you both find fun books to enjoy.
Everyone's still asleep. Jim didn't get here until after midnight last night. His plane was late. I love cooking for company--get to make the things I don't cook very often. My daughters and I are working together to make chicken enchiladas on Friday. They're picky about how to flavor the roast chickens. It should be fun to listen to them bicker.
Holly and Robyn have a history of trying to outcook each other. They threw 3 BBQ rib competitions to decide who made the best ribs, and thankfully, each girl won once and then Tyler (my grandson) beat them both in the last cook-off. He loved it! Now, they've moved on to chicken enchiladas. Works for me. I get extra help in the kitchen:) And they keep it friendly.
As long as it is friendly, everyone benefits. Good food and good natured competition. my husband and his friend to the same thing. They cook pastalaya or BBQ. It is fun!
Hi, Judith! How have you been? I have three buddy reads/series going on right now. Sometimes it is hard to keep them straight.
That's great, Judith. We are trying to space them out. Start one at the beginning of the week and the next Thursday or Friday. The third we throw it in somewhere. It takes some getting use to.
Thank you. I think of it as helping to clear off my TBR list also a few of them are re-reads. My TBR list keeps growing.
