I can read if there is background noise...I get into this mode where you would have to physically remove the book and put your hands in my face a couple seconds to get me to snap out of it. I also enjoy reading while at the gym on the bikes or ellipitcals.
I can read with noise, and can still snap out pretty easily. Though if it's loud on the other hand.... I can't exactly handle it.Quiet's always nice though. Or Classical music. Because then I wouldn't be able to sing if a really good song I like comes up :3
I find I have to start out silent. Once I get 'into' the book I can accept outer noise more easily.Bridgett: I like how your answer lol

I also ..."I like doing that too, especially if the scene in the book happens to be an active part, then it's like I'm running with them.
