All-new, shiny Morning! thread!

Late night at the pub?"
I stand by my statement.
Patti (peaches n cream) wrote: "We better keep it down until Andy has had a fry up and some paracetamol."Mmmmm....fried paracetamol. No headache, no hangover. Just a shoddy attempt at word play in memory of Morning 1.0.
Good morning All,Sunny here but then cloudy but then sunny again. I'm off to Bury St Edmunds today. The girlfriend wants to go shopping!
Its definitely chilly here. I much prefer it like that. I don't function well in hot weather. Are we going to have a thread-warming? Patti could set the curtains on fire, just to give it that familiar, lived-in look.
A nice, shiny, new 'Morning!' to all. It's Fishstock today - Brixham's food (mainly fish) and music festival. I'm still trying to clear my head after Folk Club last night. Have a good weekend.
Morning! Sounds great BJ! Now I have my VW T2 Camper I'll be planning my festival trips for next year. Must get down your way!Going to try and sort out the locking mechanism on the passenger door this morning then off to The British Museum in London followed by the Apollo Theatre to watch The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime!

You'll absolutely love it. My only wish was that theatres were subject to the Wittertainment code of conduct (the woman behind me had an apparently inexhaustible supply of very rustly sweets).
Morning All, quite a bit cooler here today, still dry at the moment but maybe not for long.Nothing exciting to report, same old same old. Have a good one.

Do that, Stu! From April to 1st November my diary has 14 Devon music festivals noted.
*sob* goodbye old Morning thread. I will miss its bulging bytes.Good morning everyone.
What year is your T2, Stuart? Purely geeky, of course. I used to be the owner of three T1's. Glorious vehicles. Leave your water at home.
We're having nine people round for curry this evening, three of whom are under the age of twelve. One is in my class. She's a lickle punkin. Last time they were around for a meal, she made herself a nest on my couch and was asleep by 9pm. I adore kids who happily sort themselves out.Dave is doing all the cooking. I may go for my third nap of the day soon.
Morning every one!
The weather report from Cornwall is that it is wet!! We were in Dorset all day yesterday for work, where it was nice and sunny. When we got home and I logged onto facebook - I saw this! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=... Looks like it was a good day to be out of the county!
I've got a poorly hubby today who has a cold (manflu).

Morning All!Sunny again with just a few white clouds and still really warm. There looks to be a nice breeze though as I can see the trees moving outside.
Right, who's going to put the fire proof curtains up in here then?
Still haven't seen Mark (Mago) on here lately, anyone heard from him?
Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Ohhh, all new morning thread.Good morning. Sunny here, which is a nice surprise as it had forecast rain. Lazy day planned, might go and pick some blackberries later to get another batch of wine on.
Just been told to stop practicing the tin whistle so early. It's not early but I'll wait until later to keep the peace.
Have a good day all.
In a little while I must go back up to the attic to pull out the last mysterious box and several piles of magazines. And put all the rubbish in plastic sacks to join the mountain in the garden. Why oh why did I keep all this stuff???
Morning! Had quite a successful morning tidying the flat and doing lots of odd jobs and I'm now off to work, should be a good shift, especially now the sun keeps putting in an appearance every so often! :)

it's a 1971 Geoff and may completely take over my life!

Good morning/afternoon been up since 7am getting ready to throw all our rubbish in skip which was ordered and expected early ,no skip arrived yet and front garden and hall and back garden covered in rubbish ,murder will be done if skip doesn't arrive soon ,if it doesn't come goodness knows what I will do with the rubbish anybody need some rubbish !!,
Its safer just to say g'day then! I've just been out to the shops and its more than a breath of fresh air out there, time to dig out the winter coat I think.
All our rubbish in skip and they have been back to remove skip ,how nice to have room in our big cupboard ,expect it will soon be filled by Grandson who has come to stay for while and has loads of musical instruments and recording stuff or a mixer (music )
Went on a lovely bike ride this afternoon, encouraged by the cumulus laden sky that reminded me of Andy's wallpaper in Toy Story. On the way back I was chased by an angry looking cumulonimbus which is now watering my garden for me. Cheers!
Will wrote: "A new thread? But the old one was just getting worn in."It was well past worn in, all the way to worn out! And badly frayed...
