Here is where we can discuss The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch the interlude titled "Jean Tannen" through chapter 8.
DO NOT post any spoilers from further along in the book, this is just for the interlude titled "Jean Tannen" through chapter 8.

I love this part of the book. Locke is clearly a bit jealous and fearful of how adding a new kid will affect what Locke considers his family. I enjoyed reading about Locke's insolent and bratty behavior at dinner. It's clear he and Jean will become fast friends, appreciative of each others strengths and weaknesses. Jean Tannen will probably become one of my favorite characters.
