Potterheads Unite! discussion

The depths of Hogwarts hold the dungeons which best known for Potions class hold more-oh much more then just that. Occasionally a stray student finds a chain from a bygone age before the school and with its echoing corridors and lonely statues the torches of the dungeons do not oft strike students. Unless with trepidation.

Needless to say this is the most sinister places of Hogwarts and although many professors have attempted to brighten the onyx halls up so far this has been unsuccessful...

Ciaran lowered himself through the decrepit dumbwaiter and into the dungeons, it was dark and somewhere a drop of water fell onto the floor and plinked, his heartrate raced and he lit his wand eager to explore.
He stood in a long hall the black sweeping stone twenty feet above, torches flickering in scones by him on the walls.

Andi walked out of her class and glanced around. She hated the cold, damp smell of the dungeons, but it was a cool place to see, despite what others said. She started walking down a tunnel, and nearly ran into Ciaran. "Oh! Sorry!" She said, and then realized who it was. "Oh. Hey Ciaran!" Andi smiled up at him.

Ciaran laughed "Hey Andi. Quite a cheery place here. I didn't expect to find you here." he commented evenly extinguishing the Lumos spell from his wand, there appeared to be a sort of light seeping in from the cracks in the ceiling, he frowned.

Andi laughed and rolled her eyes. "I have my bloody terrible classes down here." She shrugged and then realized she had cursed. "Oh, goodness, sorry! Didn't mean to curse." She blushed a bit.

Ciaran smirked "Bloody could be worse, no need to apologize." he looked around the dark hall and back to Andi "Classes? Unles they're spulunking instruction or Potions I can't think of which." he said with a tilt of his head.

((Sorry I'm a wee bit rusty!))

Andi laughed. "Spelunking? Now that would be an interesting class!" She shook her head. "Potions I have. And sometimes my Defense Against the Dark Arts classes happen down here. Not sure why, really." She shrugged. "So what have you been up to, then?"

Ciaran snickered "They would be. And more interesting then Potions at least." he remarked a little of his disregard for that class coming through. He shrugged "Studying for O.W.L.S, stressing over the O.W.L.S, reading about the-" he glanced to the slightly shorter Andi "You can tell what's going to come next right?" he said with a grin.

((Sorry I know it is annoying when your character is said to be shorter lol. Thanks!))

((Nah it's fine! ;) she's always shorter than the guys anyways!))

"OWLs." Andi laughed. She nudged him. "You and Khon are going crazy over these!" She exclaimed, crossing her arms. "Constantly studying. Want to go do something?" She asked curiously, tilting her head up to look at him.

((That's got to be a little irritating. Or it would be to me anyways. Thanks!(again :))

Ciaran rolled his eyes up to the ceiling "That summary is unfortunately quite accurate." he said dryly and then his green eyes flashed with excitement "Do I ever!" he said grinning "Plotting now are you, Andi." he teased.

"How could you think such a thing!" Andi joked and she laughed. "Nah, not today. I haven't had a pranking partner in so long. Well..." She trailed off. "We could go get some butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks. Or go get some sweets... Your choice." Andi smiled.

((I'm really tall myself, like 5'11" ish. So basically I'm like as tall as some of the guys in my grade, but there are lots of guys in my grade who are much taller than me ;) I've always been pretty tall, but I don't mind it!))

((Neither do I! as being tall for my age I mean. That's awesome. Tallness FTW :D))

Ciaran pretended to deflate "But that's boring!" he exclaimed and grinned "Butterbeer by your leave." he said and glanced up to the ceiling for a nearly unnoticeable moment noting to come here later, that light coming in...A grin twitched the corners of his mouth and he stuck his wand in his belt "Lead on Madame Rowan!"

((I've got to eat lunch and then I'll be hanging about outside and in the library but I'll be on in the evening and stuff. Good luck on the article! :)))

Jordan walked into the dungeons, not noticing. She looked around the place and noticed where she was. She turned and ran into somebody.

Lavinia walked around the dungeons, wearing a light blue dress, a matching flower in her hair.

Robin walked down into the dungeons. She wasn't sure why she was there. She wanted to explore.

Lavinia looked up as another girl entered the dungeons. She smirked and raised her eyebrows.

Robin saw a girl looking over at her, and she looked away as she walked.

Lavinia looked away, and smoothed her dress.

Robin walked over to the girl. "Hi. Um, what classes are down here?"

Lavinia raised her eyebrows, and looked at the older girl, with an air of 'I'm better than you.' "Uh, potions, duh." She said, like it should be obvious.

"Obviously." Robin said, not appreciating her attitude. "Any others?"

"Obviously." Robin said, not appreciating her attitude. "Any others?"

"Not that I know of." She said, her eyebrows still raised.

"Alright." Robin shrugged. "Thanks I guess." She said and began walking away.

"You're going the wrong way." Lavinia informed the girl.

"I'm not going to my class. I was just curious." She replied.

"You still going the wrong way." Lavinia insisted.

"I know how to get out as well." She said tiredly, turning around to face the girl.

"Then where are you heading?" Lavinia asked, smirking.

"Exploring." She replied, looking at the girl.

"Well, have fun!" Lavinia said, as if she were talking to a two year old.

"Do we have a problem, little girl?" Robin snapped.

"Do we have a problem? No, I think not. Do you have a problem? Yes I think so." Lavinia sneered.

Robin rolled her eyes. How could she know about her personal problems? "Shut up." She snapped before turning to walk away again.

Lavinia laughed, a cold sinister laugh, as Robin turned away.

Selena was walking her blonde hair flowing behind her and her head held high.

Personality: Selena is very rude and she thinks she is better then everyone because she comes from a pure blood family. She can be very nice when she wants to but never is.

History: She left her mother, father and brother (her brother is Eric) because they weren't like the others, they were disowned from their family because they weren't rude and one wasn't a pure blood.
