How this group works: I honestly haven't figured that out yet, also if your not a christian but decided to join this group out of pity, thanks. I need all the support I can get at this point! :D I think you should just be open to others opinions and their faith, listen to what they're saying and remember that even though It's difficult to put yourself in the shoes of someone else it's always worth a try!
Random chat to myself and I. Be encouraging and active in your faith. Believers all over the world can be uplifted and find others to lean on in times of need.

That's great to hear! I hope that this group becomes a positive influence to everyone. Everyone experiences hardships in their life and everyone should know that God will ALWAYS be there. Thank you for supporting the group and posting :D
My friend's parents are a getting divorce and they are committing self harm, I also know people in depression. I hope that they find God in their lives and I pray for them everyday!

Unfortunately there are a lot of people young and old self harming and in depression. In these bad circumstances, that's when believers in Jesus can touch lives. If you can, sit with your friends who are self harming. Some people only need someone to listen to them. If you can, listen to them. I believe in you and I believe you can be the light they needed to see to be healed.
Hello all. I have never been a really religious person until somewhat recently. I went through a series of hard and trying life-events where I was so hopeless, I really had no choice but to let go and let God. My faith in God has been renewed and it has made me a happier and stronger person. I enjoy talking to other people so pleas don't hesitate!
That's fantastic to hear Sara and thank you for joining my group. I also wanted to tell you that my name is also Sarah but I don't like my 'h'
Feel free to express yourself in whatever way you're open to. Have fun ;)

Thanks for the welcome ladies! Well, I'm 23 and I live in Pennsylvania. I'm a Missouri-Synod Lutheran and I go to Concordia Lutheran Church. How about the rest of you guys on here??
Hey everyone! We've got quite a collection of books now, feel free to add your own and check the bookshelf out!
Wow... hello everyone! Haven't been here in a while

Even though you don't see me really much here I follow most of the entries because I know God want's me to pray for people and that's something I can do at home :-)
Unfortunatelly I'm really busy in my other groups but there is no reason I won't be able to change it and provide more of my time here :-)
