The water elementals live in an abandoned Hospital. The place was condemned due to plumbing issues that just kept coming back. So there are a few puddles here and there, not that they mind. The more water the better. You can obviously sleep in the on call rooms, and the patient rooms. The leader and the heir live in the doctor's office. They created a make shift side room so it is as if though they have a study outside their room.
