I have a couple: the newer Le Morte Darthur, which aims to be very authentic; and the older Eugene Vinaver edition, Complete Works. But there are more editions than these that are unabridged. Info in the Arthuriana group if you want to go there.
The Penguin 2 volume edition is unabridged, but the Le Morte D'Arthur: The Winchester Manuscript by Oxford is abridged (the very jousty Book of Tris is heavily edited...don't think much is lost by this) but still very good, top notes too. Read both myself, prefer the Winchester.
