Right now I'm reading Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. I'm on #8 - Hard Eight. I have no idea why I didn't read these before. My students would tell me how good they were, but I guess I just wasn't ready. They are so funny! I'm having trouble with this one, though because she keep running into snakes. I can't read it in bed or I have nightmares.

Quiltgranny I'm reading Cutting for Stone right now (thought I had mentioned this earlier). Juliann - I hope you enjoy Olive Kitteridge as much as I did.

Quiltgranny Oh yes! I really don't want it to end. I had no idea the author is a real life doctor and this is his first work of fiction (to my knowledge). It's written so well, and the story line is so very interesting.

Be sure to read this review before you start. I think it added a lot to my enjoyment.
