No Perrrrrcy :(
I'm not crazy about the new characters. I like Leo, but I don't care about anyone else. I got sick about hearing of Jasons supposed awesomeness.

Mika Wesley | 121 comments I liked it better when the author wrote in 1st person

Joi | 215 comments I was so shocked when Percy was not in the book. But Leo held the humor that I felt the rest of the characters were lacking, and that is what kept me reading. The book was only okay for me. I just finished Son of Neptune and although Percy was in that book, it wasn't the Percy that I had become accustomed to when reading the PCJ series. I will eventually pick up the Mark of Athena. But probably not anytime soon.

I loved these books. It was very interesting to be reading from more characters' point of view-and not just Percy's. and even more interesting that there was another Camp besides Camp Half Blood...Romans; )

I really loved this series...And I liked that they were longer than the PJO books. But I loved PJO too :D

Rucy Just finished reading The Lost Hero last night and half of the book towards the end made me change my mind about the series. When I read the last sentence, I became very excited for the next book. At first I didn't really like the new characters or it took some getting used to. It did bother and frustrate me Jason was always confused or lost. But it really began to pick up the more I read it. Coach Hedge is the funniest character and always made me laugh. I'm really happy how Piper's character developed. I think Leo is my favorite character.
