The Mystery, Crime, and Thriller Group discussion

The Highway Mysteries series has been getting good reviews in North America and the United Kingdom. As a seasonal promotion, the digital edition of the first book in the series is being temporarily offered free for much of October on most e-book retail sites, and at 80% off regular price on Amazon.

Somewhere between cozies (little violence) and tough cop novels (some of the characters use four letter words), the stories are traditional whodunnits with character driven plots that will keep you guessing. One reader claims that the Highway Mysteries are one of her two favorite series, the other being Louise Penny's Three Pines mysteries.
