The Hunger Games RP Group discussion

The Arena is a volcano with valleys surrounding it. These valleys are hot, dry, and lacking much vegetation. Hot rocks tumble from the top of the volcano from time to time which adds extra peril for the tributes.

Katniss regards we surroundings. No plants. She'll figure it out. She waits nervously for the canon to sound, so she can run away.

Audrey is nervously waiting for the canon to sound, what if her reaction time is off and she can't go right at the sound of the canon

Peeta looked around to find where to run he looked at Katniss

Rue looked around, no trees, but still some things to climb, she might be alright.

5, 4, 3, 2... BOOM! The cannon sounds and Clove runs directly for a bundle of daggers at the base of the Cornucopia, outrunning the other tributes.

Katniss sprits for the woods, grabbing a backpack on her way. She trips over a stick and hopes Clove doesn't notice but she is not in luck. Clove notices

Rue sprinted away from the Cornucopia, she was terrified of being caught up in the bloodbath.

Audrey spots a back pack on the outside of the cornucopia. She quickly scoops it up and runs as far as she can until she is out of breath, she finds a hiding spot and stays out of sight.

Seeing as Clove didn't attack, katniss sprints away. She bumps into Audrey. Audrey falls to the ground.

Audrey stands up frightened, she doesn't know what to do. She waits for katniss to strike

Katniss stands just as scared as Audrey. "Um... Um..." Katniss takes the knife from her backpack and hold it up. Her hand shakes. "This is too hard". She takes the knife, touches it to Audrey's hand enough to give her a small cut and runs a few yards to see what Audrey does

Aurdrey is confused but then she realized that katniss means no harm. She begins to relax but doesn't let her guard down just yet

" really " Audrey didn't think anyone would want to be in an alliance with her. After all she is weak and could never kill an other human.

“You seem to insist in me hurting you”. Katniss doesn't want to hurt her, unless that's what she wants

" no, please don't"

“Ok”. Katniss steps closer to Audrey. “So, alliance”?

" sure " she says " but be warned I'm not the toughest "

“Sure you are” Katniss finds a squirrel and stabs it. She hands it to Audrey. “Gut it”.

Clove sneaked up behind Katniss and snatched the squirrel from her. She scoffed, "You think you're so tough, Everdeen." Clove rolls her eyes, tossing the squirrel to the ground and stepping on it. She then turns her dagger to Katniss and holds it up to her throat.

Katniss reaches into her belt to get her knife. She doesn't want to kill Clove so she stabs Clove in the leg

Clove yelps in pain and falls over, clutching her bleeding leg. "You'll pay for this, Katniss!" Clove crawls off into the bushes.

Katniss turns to Audrey to see what she should do

Audrey looks at the squirrel. " really? " she was in shock that clove hadn't killed her or katniss but she was sure that this was a joke

Katniss walks Wifrey away from a groaning Clove. “Sorry about that”. She says “we should go camp out for the night”

Katniss looks over at Flare an holds up her knife. She wonders what Flare will do

Audrey steps back unsure what to do. She grabs hold of her knife that she snagged, not meaning to kill anyone though

“Um, I can throw this out know”. Katniss holds the knife closer to Flare

Katniss is takin aback “Whoa, you just show up and want 100% trust?!? I don't work that way. Audrey knows me because I saved her in training. You haven't really done anything. I'll test you, will you cut your hand to gain trust? I did, see?” Katniss holds out her still bleeding wound “Audrey will too”

Aurdrey agrées that If she cuts her hand the two other girls can trust her, so she closes her eyes and cuts her hand. She winces.

Audery steps back feeling threatened. She realizes that the less she says the petter
