After my recent bout with the cookies that didn't survive the experiment, I got to thinking about what could be done with bakery that doesn't come out the way you wanted but is still very edible.
1) Broken cookies can be folded into home made ice cream, used as a topping or can be place in bowl and served with the milk and a spoon.
2) Cake crumbs can be mixed into streusel filling.
3) Cake that doesn't rise can be used as a base for ice cream sundaes, crumbled into home made ice cream, or used as a topping.
4) Pies can be served in a bowl and eaten like pudding or a crisp.

Any more ideas?
